I literally pass up about 3 locations just to get awesome service from the guy in the drive thru. I’ve learned his schedule is always AM shift and I think he notices my same order everyday (small black coffee w/ 1 cream) LoL
When he first started working here around October 2024, he was very shy, but I’ve watched him blossom with confidence and great customer service.
I usually save Starbucks for the weekend, and come to McD during the week because the service is fast and the coffee is always hot and fresh for only $0.99 on the app.

I just say hello good night and he begun to laugh about my name, I don’t know what the funny on it, the whole time he was so mean about it, after everything we order the sauces and they don’t even gave a ketchup, the happy meal came without the juice, I ordered large fries and they gave me poor portion of it in a large container, I don’t like to fight with them, that’s why I prefer to leave a review than fight with them. Sorry but I don’t recommend this Mc. Donald, the worse experience ever.

Really disorganized and lazy workers. I didn't get a paper receipt for my order. Asked for one from a staff and she said it's gonna take more than 5 mins to get my receipt. They basically lied to me because they didn't wanted to give me my receipt. What kind of restaurant refuses to provide receipt to the customers? 6 other people lined up behind me because their order was messed up or they were waiting for a cup of coffee for more than 5 mins. They really need to retrain their employees correctly

They took our order and turned us away at the door because they said only the drive thru was open and we didn’t have a car.. They refused to bring our food to the pick up window, while we watched them hand “McDelivery” out the pickup (yes pickup, not drive thru) window. It was 9:06pm on a Tuesday. We walked over from the hotel which is 10 feet across the street and they refused to serve us.

No refills on drinks is a frustrating policy for fast food. Food was average Mcdonalds food. Not bad. Employees weren't at register, but fast food seems to be moving that direction at a lot of locations.
