Love this place! Been going to them since the 80s when they were in a different location, but the same family has been running it since it opened. You can get lunch & eat there or take it to go.
Their hummous is the BEST! And the beef fatayer is amazing. They have spices, olives, pickles, and an aisle of tea that is unrivaled. The baklava should not be missed and they have imported candy, biscuits, and huge jars of kalamata olives & cornichons at unbeatable...

We were looking at cars on S. Pickett street in Alexandria and stumbled upon this place. It's a store, but has a food counter in the back of the store. Our lunch was fantastic. I was told by the car dealer that their breakfast is also great. It's about 30 min away from my home, but we'll be heading there again for sure! Really good!

The BEST pita bread I have had in NOVA! I have met people there that have driven hours on weekends to come and get it. They make it fresh every couple of hours. During the week they make wheat bread pita, but not on weekends. The store itself is small but well stocked and has a variety of products. They are a bit pricier than other local middle eastern stores. They also have a small kitchen you can order food from and a small dining area.
