Cute place for fruit barrel aged sour beers on tap. Don’t sleep on the barrel aged Saison as it is also just as good. They also have seasonal beers for the occasion. They’re good at keeping a good rotation and refreshing the menu. The fan favorites may stay or not so enjoy when you can. There is an option to have bottles to go to enjoy later. Very friendly service and reasonably priced. This place only has beer so eat well before you come if you plan on trying a lot of the selections. This place keeps us coming back. Good neighborhood vibes with outside seating as well. A must try if you’re wanting something to tickle the pallet!

Like others have said this place goes beyond the hop and malt to explore some truly unique experiences in fermentation. The brewmaster is knowledgeable and friendly, the vibe is low key and the flavors are artfully crafted. A must stop for any beer or wine lover.

What a gem of a place. Excellent sours and saisons, with a super relaxed vibe to enjoy them. Alex and Jim were great hosts, and so excited to explain the various things they were doing. Lots of neat blends and thoughtful touches like the focaccia bread that sent things over the top. Would absolutely come back when in the area; a great place to enjoy some phenomenal beers and learn about the world of sours for those who are curious.

My wife and I have always been on the lookout for "our bar," the place where we can just pull up a chair at the bar and hang out for hours on end. This is it. An almost speakeasy environment, where the beer is fantastic. My wife doesn't like beer, but she likes it here, which says a lot. The decor is rustic/intimate, where Jim, the man behind the counter, makes you feel welcome and at home. If you are looking for a casual date night or hangout spot, this is it. Come without expectations for what a beer can be, and let them amaze you. See you there.

Fantastic!

I love this place. It feels more like a cozy wine bar but it's not pretentious. Several high quality sour (but well balanced) beers and multiple saisons. These are really hard to find around here, the kind that aren't fruit smoothies. Friendly staff. It's like you're at somebody's house who's throwing a tasting party.

Each of the four drinks I tried was amazing, and Jim was so kind. Cannot recommend enough!
