I tied this place based on a recommendation of a friend. The food was ok. The service was ok as well. You place your order and they call you up to grab your food. They have a pretty big area to sit and eat. There is also a parking garage to park since there are a number of restaurants in the area.

Great food but service is slow and ordering on app seems to be pointless. All the food is fresh tasting.

Ordered a Surprise Bag off TooGoodToGo. Received a container of rice with beans. Three tiny pieces of meat. Never tried this restaurant before, will definitely not return. Expected a bit more for $4.00. Very disappointed!!

I love this location. The lady in the front, Ms.Lissbeth, always provides the best services, greeting my family and I with a nice smile. She is very welcoming and patient. She is the reason me and my family are always visiting this location, and the food has always been fresh, warm, and tasted great. I give Ms. Lissbeth 5 stars for her great services!!Nora

I have loved Moby's food for over 25 years. Always delicious grub. Several locations in the DMV.

New location in Annandale has much smaller chicken pieces. I would recommend the Fairfax Blvd location!!

Food is undercooked, I wonder if they are trying to give their customers salmonella.... Atmosphere is dirty and musty, at least wipe the tables down they are sticky. Biggest issue for me is the short girl at the front, nasty attitude, disrespectful and does not listen or have patience. I walked in 20 minutes prior to them taking their last order and she literally started counting down telling me to hurry up before they close their register. If that was the case then maybe they should have locked the door. not to mention why would she close the register when there was still 20 minutes left to closing. She is also on facetime with someone while taking customers and talks to them instead of the customers??? tells them "hold up let me take this order".... very disappointed in what this location has become. either train them better or fire them.

I generally like Moby Dick, but this location seems to be on a downhill spiral in recent months. The food freshness is variable and more often than not, I've gotten pita that was rock hard, even after I tried to reheat/soften it. Both dine in and take out orders are often not ready in a timely fashion either, so they either need more staff or a better handle on managing the flow of dine in and to go orders. On my most recent visit, I had to wait almost 20 minutes past the expected order time, meaning they had had nearly 40 minutes to prepare a sandwich. It was not even a busy time of day, but they had upwards of 10 pending orders with service times approaching and exceeding half an hour. I had to chuckle to myself as one of the irate customers dining in complained they had been waiting for over half an hour and this wasn't a five-star restaurant. Even though Moby's has five service ideals including "Order Delivery" and "Going the Extra Mile" this location consistently really drops the (falafel) ball on either of these tenets, so visit at your own risk, of if you have time to spare.

Good food but a bit pricey due to inflation costs.
