False advertising!!! We came for Moe's Monday, the burrito/bowl is supposed to be $7.99, when we asked the worker about it she said you have to download the app. Did that, and then she tells us it doesn't apply for the same day, I would have to wait til next Monday to use it. I would have to purchase it at regular price. We just walked out. I'm willing to give it a try for $7.99 but not for $15.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at Moe’s! Jonathan was the absolute best—he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. He let us sample all the new limited-time meats, which was awesome, and wasn’t shy about giving us a generous portion of chips. His friendly and attentive service made the whole visit a pleasure. Definitely looking forward to coming back, thanks to Jonathan’s top-notch hospitality!

Bad experience. Service was not friendly, several drinks in the one working machine were out, we were given about 3 chips with just lots of small broken pieces/crumbs. The employee wasn’t happy when I pointed this out to her and asked for some more chips. Food was mediocre at best, it used to taste a lot better at other locations.

We ordered two bowls for takeout around 7:15 pm following a long work day and a trip to the gym. We ordered via the Moe's website when we started cooling down at the gym. Tipped 28%. We went to the restaurant, got our order on time, and drove all the way home only to find that instead of double protein on both bowls, there was none! I tried calling the restaurant and the gentleman pretended to have extremely broken English (to get me to just hang up and go away). I say pretended because I ended up having to to drive all the way back to the restaurant... Wasting my time AND my gas! I showed them the receipt and the incorrect order and they immediately fixed it, but the guy automatically became really fluent all of a sudden and just tried to throw chips and queso at me to get me to be quiet. I ended up not getting to bed that night until 11pm. I get up at 4 for work so this was a huge waste of my time on a very tight schedule which is what annoyed me the most.. you can't get your time back.The food we DID get was very good as usual, but the process of getting it was not worth the effort. I will say, if you do choose to go to this location, go in person. Do not rely on pickup.

The good: The food is always excellent quality. They’re not shy about the chips (other locations give you like five chips), staff are always friendly and helpful.The bad: My only complaint is very small. They advertise that they close at 10pm. However, on multiple occasions I have tried to grab some food between 9:30-9:45 and the doors are locked and they will signal that they are closed. I’m not taking away a star because the staff have explained it’s due to either staff shortage or food shortage, so not their fault.I do still highly recommend this Moe’s location.
All the tables were dirty, many were sticky. The chunky salsa was acidic, like it was going bad - threw it away. There was a hair in the green salsa. They had clear bags of chips being stored in the dining room. And worst of all we were overcharged. Two burrito meals were $42. We had a difficult time communicating and so ended up just paying the bill. Floor had crushed chips in it and when the workers passed through the dining room no one bothered to clean or wipe any table.
