My new bubble tea destination. They have unusual bubble teas, smoothies, coffees and some cake selection. Great service and easy parking. Also right off 395, east to get in and out of. Attached to a restaurant and in a plaza of diverse food places.

The adjoining Heebeen restaurant is currently closed, but the chefs are there to prepare a selection of dishes for takeout or to eat at one of the tables at Monster Tea. I thoroughly enjoyed the Bulgogi. It was so hard to choose a drink from the large selection available. I ordered Vietnamese iced coffee and it was perfect with my meal. Friendly service and delicious food.

I am a 1st-time customer and this statement sums up my experience with this business: "In NO way it is acceptable for a FOOD ESTABLISHMENT to provide your customer's order without a bag!!!!" I have ordered thru Uber Eats many times and never had an order without some sort of storage!There were multiple issues with this order:1. The driver did not completely follow my directions. He took a photo of the BAGLESS order, which he left on the GROUND right by my building door, indicating he had already left my order. It was already bad enough my order is without a bag! He then proceeded to follow my directions, which is to leave the order right outside my doorstep, so that confused me.2. My drinks were not safely stored. If you, as a FOOD ESTABLISHMENT, cannot provide a bag or some sort of storage, the LEAST you can do is contact your customer so that the customer can decide whether or not to proceed with the transaction!!!I don't know whose fault it is that the order was not stored properly, but FOOD- especially for DELIVERY, when SOMEONE ELSE is handling your food- should NOT be handled without a storage!!!I undoubtedly will NEVER take my business to this establishment AGAIN!

I like it fine, however it was my first time and I would have appreciated more suggestions. My only complaint would be that I have no idea what a good combo could be and the gal seemed like she couldn't care less about helping me choose.

Tasted pretty good. Unfortunately, I found a piece of metal in the milk tea! Fortunately, I felt it in my mouth and didn't swallow it. Need to do better. That's unacceptable.

The girl at the register had an attitude when I was ordering. I asked nicely if they had boba and she immediately went “no” with an eye roll. I ignored it and continued to order a taro milk tea. When I got my drink it tasted funny and was off from what it usually tastes like. I drink a lot of bubble tea, especially taro, but this tasted way off. I told her that it tasted off and if she can remake it or I’d just want a refund. She then again rolled her eyes and remade my drink saying that nothing was wrong with it in the first place.

Give it a chance twice in two weeks and regretted it both. Boba was bitter and hard, second time the Taro milk tea was not sweet enough even though I asked for extra sugar, and it had way too much tea and no milk. Mind you this teas are not a cheap drink. The least they could do it make them better. Rather have my Starbucks instead. From now on moving my business to another tea place.

Monster tea is my favorite place to have some drink. This location was tasty than other! But today it was a man who make me and my friend drinks, he seem like doesn’t know how to do and took for a long time for one drink. First when i say i want number 9 and he didn’t look at me just talk to beck I don’t know what’s number 9!!! Alright I thought it was my bad to say the number followed the menu on a screen!! So,, When me and friends got the drink the taste was so watery!!!!!!!!!! If anyone can tell me what day he have work I will not going on that day!! I still love to have a bubble tea from this place.

.LOL. Ordered 3 drinks with Uber eats. None of them came out right. I ordered all 3 with 50% sugar and less ice. 1 came out super thick and sweet, 1 with 0 sugar and all 3 without cheese foam even though I spend extra $$. Will not order again

My fiancé and I went Sunday evening for the first time. The young lady at the counter was very helpful answering all our questions and even making suggestions for us based on what we were looking for (no caffeine for me, caffeine for him.) We ended up ordering the mango coco with mango popping bubbles for me and Thai smootea with coffee jelly for him. Honestly, we know that bubble tea is pretty hit or miss now that everyone makes it but this place was a hit for us. Not too sweet, just enough topping, spot on flavors, and close to our place. The last place we went to was such a let down but this place was pretty fantastic, we’re going back today.

Absolutely fantastic. Their teas and smoothies were exceptional with interesting blend choices. Staff were friendly and patient. There were games, cards and board games. Had a wonderful time and loved everything we ordered.
