I’m new to old town and stopped by this place today August 30 , ordered a drink that was filled with ice, when I entered the only lady that was there didn’t greet me at all , or asked what my order was , ( I was the only customer )I proceeded to order she made the drink I thanked her and she didn’t respond at all . Her demeanor was not kind or welcoming

Edit
My drink was remade hence the rating change

I stopped by Noodle Box recently and had an *okay* meal overall, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here specifically for the pho. The broth had a strange smell right from the start, and the flavor just didn’t sit right. I asked the woman at the front for some hoisin sauce or lime to try and adjust the taste a bit, and she just looked at me like I was the weird one no help, no explanation.

It’s possible they do other dishes better, but if you’re craving a good bowl of pho, I’d suggest trying somewhere else. This one missed the mark.

Didn’t get to try food but ordered green tea lemonade and it was delicious. Not too sweet, not watery - just refreshing in this super hot day! And the staff was super friendly. Will return!

I like that they have almond milk for the vegan/dairy free/lactose intolerant folks to enjoy the milk teas!

The noodle box mmm mmm mmm. They got some crab ragoons that are out of this world I’m telling you. They will have you s****** for hours, I’m telling you. The shrimp tempura …..same. I tried the pho, (even though they got a pho right next door!) that s*** had me… well it had me high…. just kidding it was hot but that’s about it. They had some water with microplastics, which is pretty much everywhere I think (if you listen to the news). They got a soda machine (if you consider there cooler a soda machine). They got a tip jar, a tip jar so big they look like gold fish swimming in that junk when you lookin to pay lol.

Absolutely the worst pho I've ever had. Basically a bowl of extremely dry beef over rice noodles and a cup of chicken broth from powder. Absolute ripoff.

STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING—this is the food you’ve been dreaming about! The Karaage Chicken is so crispy and juicy, it’s basically chicken royalty. The Kids Noodle Box isn’t just for kids—it’s a crowd-pleaser for all ages (but shh, don’t tell the kids!). And the Crispy Honey Chicken? It’s so perfectly sweet and savory, you’ll wish you ordered two. Fast, friendly service and flavors that’ll blow your mind. Walk in now—you’re about to discover your new favorite spot!

Third time going here for the drinks and first time for the food and it was great. Guy behind the counter was really nice. I would go back. I got a bulgogi rice bowl and it was really good.

I wanted to check it out since the bad comments were either months or years ago. I ordered the Spicy basil rice with fried egg and thai iced tea with boba. The food was very salty, greasy and non-spicy at all. The thai iced tea was filled with so much ice. Spending $22 was not worth it at all.

How does this place have such high ratings? Their menu is deceptive and to add anything it’s an additional charge. I ordered the spicy Korean rice bowl - on the picture I looks like a protein mixed with a kind of kimchee - it was dry chicken and barely cooked cabbage that was barely tossed in too sweet sauce. The taro milk tea was good but the boba was extra. The location itself wasn’t very clean. The service friendly but apathetic - the lady didn’t bother to ask me if I wanted to eat in or take out and packaged everything up as if I was taking out. I unwrapped everything and sat down to eat it.
