I wanted to check it out since the bad comments were either months or years ago. I ordered the Spicy basil rice with fried egg and thai iced tea with boba. The food was very salty, greasy and non-spicy at all. The thai iced tea was filled with so much ice. Spending $22 was not worth it at all.

How does this place have such high ratings? Their menu is deceptive and to add anything it’s an additional charge. I ordered the spicy Korean rice bowl - on the picture I looks like a protein mixed with a kind of kimchee - it was dry chicken and barely cooked cabbage that was barely tossed in too sweet sauce. The taro milk tea was good but the boba was extra. The location itself wasn’t very clean. The service friendly but apathetic - the lady didn’t bother to ask me if I wanted to eat in or take out and packaged everything up as if I was taking out. I unwrapped everything and sat down to eat it.

On 10/04/2024 my sister, two nieces and myself went to the Noodle Box. It was a good experience. We ordered 3 bubble teas, some fried chicken, Pho Chicken soup, Massaman Curry, and a kids chicken with noodle bowl. The Pho was great with the broth being the star. The fried chicken was amazing! The Massaman curry was a bit sweet for my liking but not awful. The Kids noodle bowl was also good, the chicken inside was very flavorful and cooked just right. This was my second visit to the Noodle Box and I will definitely go again.

I've been ordering from here on doordash for a couple of months and it's been my go-to place. I'll order it almost weekly. The only thing I ever ordered from here is their masamon Curry with tofu. Usually whenever I get it on doordash at least the curry comes in a separate container the and the rice comes in a separate container. I've always been pleased with the food quality, The taste and the quantity.
However, today I ordered from here to pick it up instead of delivery. And when I got home I looked inside and everything was in a cardboard type of bowl which was already leaking through and 3/4 of the bowl was filled with rice and there was only 1/4 of the bowl filled with Curry. And even worse I had ordered extra tofu and barely got any tofu.
I don't know what's changed and I hope it's not there to last but I'm extremely disappointed with the service today and for that reason I'm giving this a two stories because I have a feeling this is going to be a long-term situation and I probably will not be going here if that's the case
