I waited months to have some noodles and company only to be disappointed to find out they didn’t add chicken to my meal that I had delivered. I wasted all of that time, money, and food thanks to your mistake. They also forgot my forks. Enjoy the 1 star.
Just had lunch here. Place was clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Nice selection of drinks. Food was good. My 11 year old son said this is a well run restaurant. 😊 We'd go back for sure.
Food was really good and one of a employer LY was helpful and very nice
I stop by to take my lunch, I choose the Lemon garlic scampi shrimp it was delicious, service and customer service was great. I would recommend.
They got noodles I know that’s right. So much noodles you’ll blow your brains out and see noodles (if you believe in the afterlife). I got noodles coming out my ears like Scarface says. They should close down, reopen and serve the homeless. That’s a big problem for them right now (Alexandria). Is that noodley enough? Ha!
Menu is updated. Tried the new mac and cheese that was decent.
The atmosphere was horrendous and unacceptable. When you first walk in that has six or seven portable heaters on beside the register it was absolutely freezing in the store and the food is disgusting and other prize and I do not recommend this place!
Was down in Alexandria doing work on recently purchased property . I ordered delivery for dinner and asked 2x on the phone to make sure they included plastic forks and knives in the delivery. The order arrived, we opened it, and lo and behold no silverware for us to eat our dinner. I immediately called and let them know we didn’t receive any silverware and was told that’s not their problem and there’s nothing they can do. I asked if the delivery driver could drop off a set, explaining my circumstances. I was told that’s not an option and was hung up on. I Spent $50 for our dinner and couldn’t eat most of it. Hard it eat spaghetti with our fingers, but the cheesy garlic bread was good. We ordered bbq from Sweet fire Donna’s for our 2nd dinner, and it was excellent.
This place used to be good but they changed how they cook their noodles sometime last year. They're just mush now.
This tasted like school cafeteria food. The noodles were overdone and soggy, barely any flavor, and the chicken quality was like a sponge. Very disappointed in this meal and will not be ordering from here again. This was the equivalent of a kids microwave meal. Giving 2 stars because the spinach and tomatoes were edible at least.

Everything I order the veggies are raw. Broccoli, mushrooms...just not cooked and it's not good. Idk if it is just this location or not, but I will probably just stop going here.
Terrible service, I went shopping and they gave me something I didn't ask for and some tasteless salads, very bad work and poor supervision from the manager 🤮🤮
Terribly run restaurant. Cannot even get your order right. Dumpster fire.

I like this place. The noodles are solidly good. Zero complaints. The staff are generally nice, which is not always true of fast casual places. I've liked everything I've gotten there: pesto zoodles, pesto cavatappi, Japanese pan, pad thai, penne rosa, fresca, Mac. I was surprised by the fat content, but maybe that's why they're so good ? I even like that they have Izze drinks
Ordered a salad for pick up. What I received were a few pieces of lettuce in a bowl. The salad was $14. I expect the bowl to be completely full. Do better
