Birthday dinner for 17 year old granddaughter. Food is always delicious , service kinda slow. It took the waitress about 10 minutes to come to the table and asked about our drinks. 10 minutes later still no drink's or the Free Honey butter and loaves of bread. 15 minutes after we sat down , still no drink's or bread and butter. I had to stop and ask another waitress where was our waitress were still waiting for our drinks and free butter . She said I believe she's getting your drinks now. When she brought the drinks finally after almost 20 minutes of being seated we finally got our drinks . We were a party of 15. I asked her again where was the bread and the honey butter . She said oh yeah oh I forgot I'll go get it now . We didn't see her for I don't know 12:13 minutes I asked somebody else where was our waitress . She finally came back out and I said can you please take our orders and we're still waiting after 25 minutes for the bread and butter . Food was hot and plenty and delicious. Never got asked about free refills on drink's or free bread and butter. Waitress did horrible job that evening .
The woman at the front with glasses and blonde hair was so sweet. I wish my wife and I caught her name but she loved her. Probably the best host experience we’ve seen in awhile. She had a tan backpack walking out and wore white jeans if that helps. We just really would like her to be recognized for her kindness and welcoming presence that honestly made our time complete. Thank you again!

0 for 6 attempts at cooking a filet. I have no idea how a “steak house” can do that but Outback was able to do it. I would find a Longhorn, Texas Roadhouse or just cook it yourself… I don’t mean to insult Longhorn or Texas RH, as I have never had an issue at those places. We are now at a local diner for dinner.

I had a fairly large, complex order over the weekend and everything turned out perfectly cooked and all our requests were met. In addition the food was ready within a reasonable time, as promised. We were so happy with the service for takeout and the food! Outback definitely provided us with a great takeout dinner.

Service here is VERY hit or miss sometimes you’ll get a server that is excellent but sometimes you’ll get one that is TERRIBLE. It really depends on your server. Food is consistently good and always comes out in a timely manner.

Bad service. Wasn’t busy. Server was occupied with 2 other tables. Their food came out before ours and I had ordered 20mins before them. Asked for plates in the beginning. Never got them until I got up to ask another server. Disappointed since I took my children out on a school night to eat steak. We got up and left.
I came here on Friday for my daughter’s first birthday. I made a reservation for 7 pm. Came on time but was told I had to wait 10 minutes. I ended up waiting 30 minutes to be sat and another 15 to be greeted. Another 10 before we got our soft drinks. When we got our food, my daughter had hair in her mac and cheese. When I told the waitress she offered to get us a new one, no apology given. My sister got the blooming fried chicken sandwich. Didn’t get the fried onion and got cucumbers instead of pickles. I ordered a Pina Koala that I received 15 minutes after ordering and was watered down so I never drank it. When I told the manager about our experience. She just sat there looking dumbfounded and took our bill. Discounted the sandwich, the Mac and cheese, and my drink. We received no additional discounts for the poor service and no apology from either server or manager. I also had to repeatedly stack my plates and ask for them to be removed to have a clean table. Not a good experience at all.
Kid-friendliness: Considering my one year old was never told happy birthday nor received a birthday song. I would say it is not very kid friendly.

Sensational! This place was packed to the brim, understaffed and everybody working in there was PHENOMENAL. Very nice and attentive staff. Food came out great. The lobster was AWESOME! They handled the crowd so well and it was honestly very lovely!

What a joke we just went here today for lunch, practically almost no one in the restaurant - And we were told it was a 15 minute wait until we could be seated. Outback, you seriously need to go out of business and I hope you get replaced by a Texas Roadhouse...

The service was awful, took 20 minutes of sitting before the waitress even asked us what drinks we wanted. This was fine, just poor service. The coconut shrimp app came out, and it wasnt cooked all the way through. There was too much batter on the shrimp, causing the batter to remain uncooked in the middle. But the kicker for me... in the middle of my meal, I suddenly had an urgent need to RUN to the bathroom (food poisoning?) But the bathrooms are DISGUSTING. These are the same bathrooms that the employees need to use during their long shifts. I am now wondering if I am suddenly sick because of the lack of hygiene. It's been 16 hours, I am still unwell, as is my daughter who shared my meal with me. I am reporting this to City of Alexandria's Food Safety Program as they need to be inspected before they get someone seriously ill.
