But at the end of the day when I called and spoke to Dan, not sure of his title but his customer service is what everyone dreams of, He listened didn't take offense and had true empathy about my experience. Amazing dining experience. The staff were awesome and the food was on point—came out hot and fast. Ordering was super easy and our waitress was really attentive the whole time. Service was amazing from start to finish. Definitely recommend this location.

Mixed Experience at Outback Steakhouse

I recently visited Outback Steakhouse and had a mixed experience. We started with the 3 Cheese Steak Dip, which was tasty and a great choice for sharing. It had a nice blend of flavors, but it could have been warmer when served.

For my main course, I ordered the Ribeye (13 oz.) with loaded mashed potatoes and asparagus. The steak was cooked well and had good flavor, but it lacked the tenderness I expected....
