Paisano's is always a trusty Saturday night treat. Food is good, orders for pick-up or delivery are always fast and service is always friendly. They usually have good coupons as well so check those out before you order. My husband goes for their pizza, I'm a fan of the Greek chicken salad and the Philly cheesesteak doesn't disappoint.

Our food was delicious, but what really made this exceptional was the manager, Rob. He took the extra time to call and confirm our order was prepared the way we had requested before the order left for delivery. Being in hospitality myself, I know how rare this little extra step is and how it can make a business exponentially more successful. I hope Rob is recognized for going past expectations, and I will give his store my first consideration when my fiancée (also a restaurant GM) and I order take-out in the future.

I NEVER write a bad review....so here goes my first. Ordered 2 Chicken Parm entrees online. Was shocked when I opened the dish. Anyone who knows anything will confirm that Chicken Parm is served as 2 breaded chicken cutlets. I was given what looked like chicken nuggets. They tasted disgusting and I was quite disappointed. Called Paisano's and spoke with Tony, who identified himself as Manager. I told him I have been dining at Paisano's for years and have never seen their dish served like this. The chicken nugget to pasta ratio was off. 90% pasta and 10%nuggets. He said this is how it is now served. Wish their menu had indicated this 'cause I would never have ordered it. Would rather eat from the dome-of-death at 7-11 than at Paisano's. Never going back :( Also, the young man at the register seemed miserable with his job.

Do yourself favor and choose another location. The employees are too busy playing on their personal cell phones rather then making sure the orders are correct and actually edible. Two times of receiving mediocre food in an adequate orders is enough for me.

I am here eating writing this review. Best food in the area. I just moved to Alexandria. This location is 3 minutes from my house. The owner is great. The place is clean which is important. I say that because some places different restaurants bathrooms are not clean or not wearing gloves cooking the food. This place please give your business.

And update to my last review. I guess Paisanos took criticism and made some changes. The pizza we got didn't have burnt toppings and it wasn't was not a soggy mess like before. Good signs. The manager even was semi friendly today.

Food is always delicious and always arrives hot. The Supreme Pizza is always good with lots of toppings and cooked to perfection. Baked pastas are always tasty, especially the baked ziti and the chicken fettuccine alfredo is full of chicken. Steak and cheese, chicken and cheese are perfect.

It's a tiny place. It is probably better to eat at home rather than in the place. They have minimal seating. Not the worst food or boneless wings but descent. The pizza is pretty good though. The healthy ones and the regular ones are tasty. The customer service is mediocre. It felt like we were bothering the staff by being in there. I do t think they were used to a fa.ilt coming in to dine
