Crust was bland, but the toppings were great. Some of the cheese didn't stick to the crust.

Ordered a large Supreme. 32 bucks with tip. Added a nite to knock upon delivery and I would come to the door. Nope. No knock. I went up to see if the delivery gut was arriving and found my cold pizza on the front door stoop full of ants. Call and the rude manager said too bad and hund up ! Wow. Do not buy pizza delivered from this store near Kingstown. Terrible.service and wasted money.

With the multitude of options for pizza pickup and delivery, they’ve really got to step up their level of service. I had a coupon that I tried to use for this location, placed and order and received a call very shortly after that they are not a participating local and had to cancel the order. No worries at all to me and I proceeded to place an order at another location only to find that I could not use the coupon since the system registered it as used since I’d already tried to order here. I call the location back only to have a conversation with an employee who could not escalate the issue or point me to someone who could help with my problem. They just gave me an “I don’t know what to do” response. If you work in the service industry, step 1 is to say I’m sorry, I don’t have the answer but I can find out. My family has been a long time customer of this location and the quality of food is really hit or miss.

It’s time to leave a review, because as a customer who had been giving my business to this company for years, well, I am tired of the rude service that comes from the “dark skinned/black” woman that is always at the front counter taking orders… especially on Sundays… like today…You see, in years, her personality has not changed and she is still as rude, since the first day dealing, with her… maybe she is rude to just me or others all the time, but regardless and don’t know…I, have thought about leaving reviews before at times, but, to admit that the cooks did a great job… usually… but it is about a team aspect if you want your business to survive and she is a nasty personality, even admitted by her own co-workers…With all this said… I will be contacting the health inspector/department, tomorrow, which is a Monday… that is first and foremost… how disgusting is it to be eating food at the front counter/cash register… not washing your hands but yet grabbing and touching orders/food?!??That is a health violation from the beginning… but the story doesn’t stop there… when asking for an extra sauce, her nasty rude self barks at me 1.00 each… well, here is the lesson of the day… greed brings failure… as a person who has spent 100s at this location over the years… the greed level that one extra 1.00 sauce can’t be given with the order is pathetic… and it has nothing to do with cost control, if cost control is such a problem, monitor your employees who steal each day from your business, not the paying customer…Next, upon the food arriving home, the order was wrong… can you imagine that part?!?! I will not blame the cooks but I will say that the same nasty employee who can’t wash her hands, should have checked the orders for accuracy?Greed and rudeness was the issue… maybe if the customer had been given a 1.00 sauce the health department and this review would not be occurring… but keeping nasty employees that are breaking health code standard is a hazard to the public safety… with that this review is being left after today’s experience.Greed brings failure… and failure is short to quality control, especially over health code violations…. The order was incomplete and the front counter staff was rude as always… she needs to be replaced and removed… and learn how to wash her hands after touching her saliva before customer food…Stay away from this place… quality and service is horrible!

Food was somewhat good, but Franklin the manager was very rude. He was very unpleasant and made my Dining experience unpleasant. This is why I just go to the regular pizza chains, because at least you’ll have a quick, pleasant experience. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate.

The steak and cheese was pretty good, but the chicken tenders were so small, that should have been for a kid's meal. Some of them looked more like chicken nuggets.

I had a bad experience one Friday night, and I thought that this business only cared about making money and didn't care about customers. I even wrote a scathing review as I do when I think a business deserves it. I was wrong.After the owner Dave reached out about my initial review with genuine contrition, I was so moved by his act that I deleted my initial review and rewrote it to reflect the character of this business. Not only did Dave reach out to me once but twice, which tells me that he does in fact care take a pride of ownership in his business. After taking full ownership of that night's fiasco, he explained his dilemma, which amounted to taking on an order that would have (and did) push them beyond their capacity. It was also coupled with his most experienced team moving onto college. To make things right, he was gracious enough to offer me a generous in-store credit equal to what I initially ordered.And these are the businesses that I want to support. They're the ones that aren't always perfect, but who truly strive to be. They're the businesses that take responsibility for when things aren't right and make them right when they're not. They're the ones who care about the business relationship with their customers.Dave - thank you for your professional grace, and thanks for truly showing your focus on your customers. I extend my sincere apologies for being another irate customer that night. You've won a loyal customer and you guys will be my first choice for great food at a great price with great service. Thank you!

Why bother selecting no contact delivery and adding notes to not ring the door bell or knock when your driver's decide to do whatever they want, when you comment on it they want to get confrontational?Food is amazing but if you insist on waking my infant up then no thanks. Johnny's is worth making the 3 minute drive to if you're just going to make my life harder.

I'm relatively new to the area and was in search of my go-to pizza. Well I found it at Paisano's!! I should have started here after having some very unsatisfactory pies from other places. (Read my review for Vocelli's). I got the New York style crust and I'm looking forward to trying the other menu options in the future. Even though I got delivery, 5 stars were given in Atmosphere as a shout-out to represent the Customer Service that was given to me. I botched my order most likely by not reading the menu correctly and they graciously made it right anyway. Very impressive and worth ten stars right there! As of yesterday, I am now a dedicated Paisano's patron and I thank the manager and staff at this location for being so awesome! ? Hey Corporate, did you catch this?

The food is great, but DO NOT order online. I ordered last Friday night online and set it for 7PM. I figured over an hour to make it should be fine. Well I was wrong. I showed up and was told it was not ready and probably would not be ready for another hour. Thank you for wasting my time. You need to have a way to stop online ordering if you are that busy. This was completely unacceptable. DO NOT order online from here.

Have ordered from the pizza shop for a couple years now with no issues. Ordered tonight, waited over an hour, then called to see if there was an issue. Waited on hold for 10 minutes, hung up and called back. Was hung up on 3x. The shop can see the address when popping up… called a 5th time and was told the order was on its way. That was 15 minutes ago… I live .75 miles from the shop. Food arrived cold. Will not be ordering from this shop again.
