I asked for a large cup of ice and I was willing to pay whatever the cost for it, she wanted to insist on giving me a smaller cup. I had to ask her four times. I eventually got what I asked for.
They close at 10:30pm which is great, except I came in the other night at 10:00, and they already had shut down half the store. I didn’t eat there because they have nothing. Really bad place, don’t go to this Panda Express??????

I am an everyday customer at this panda express. They now close at 10:30pm which is great, except I came in the other night at 9:00pm, an hour and a half before closing, and they already had shut down half the store. I asked if an item could be cooked for me and they refused due to “waste.” I called the store manager the next day and he basically did nothing. I will be following up with the corporate office on this issue but still I am very displeased and disappointed at the way this issue was handled.

Just a few minutes away from work is one of my favorites Panda Express. I love this location because not only is the restaurant always clean and organized but the customer service here is amazing! Erica and Rosa are my favorite employees here, they always have a smile on their face and are so helpful. The food here is always fresh and delicious. The food is always los approved my grandson gets the white meat chicken and white rice, he literally eats it all. If you live in the area and are looking for fresh Chinese food make sure to stop by.

The attitude of the younger workers here is a problem. If they have to actually cook anything they give you nothing but attitude. Heaven forbid they have to do their jobs here. The older staff are actually nice and helpful.

This place was packed. There was definitely no social distancing. The food was prepared hot, and tasted okay. The line was surprisingly slow and the food was not as flavorful as I recall. I ordered the orange chicken, chicken teriyaki, and chow mein.

The entrees for all three of our orders were just so-so and you needed too much soy sauce to give it flavor. The rice was not done right - not over or under cooked, but almost like it had been sitting out for a while. The chow mein was pretty flavorless as well.We ordered and were charged for sodas and a bottle of water. One soda had no syrup (the root beer), and they didn't bother to include the water. I called the store and the manager said I could come in for more soda and they had run out of water. (I was in a hotel without a car - how was I going to do that. And there was no offer to credit me back for the two drinks.)I contacted the customer service link on the panda website - and no one has even bothered to contact me back. What a great operation they are!If you have the chance to order from this restaurant, DON'T waste your money.

No matter what time I come, for whatever reason, white rice is NEVER ready!! Absolutely ridiculous. There’s been 3+ times where I’ve come, hungry and ready to eat, but the rice isn’t ready! Likely never returning. Done with the unprofessionalism of this business.
