I came in and the line was mostly empty, I saw people sitting and waiting while the employee packaged a massive order of food, when she halfway finished it she stopped and proceeded to ring up the people who where waiting for their food, at this point I’ve been waiting for 10 min, then she proceeds to pack the other half of the order and check out those customers before taking my order after 17 min of waiting

I love the Panda Express in Springfield Plaza (near Trader Joe’s). For some reason every time I go to THIS location next to Wegmans I end up getting sick to my stomach. Very nauseous. I will not be coming back to this location, and would advise you otherwise too.

I rarely go to Panda or any food place take out. I go to this panda once a year. I use their food app for rewards and saw that I had a free small entree reward available. I notice that there were a lot of options - more than the other Panda closer to my home. I ordered a to go plate with my free entree . I got their new spicy orange chicken, spicy beef dish , honey sesame chicken, and noodles as my side. It was enough for three meals - last night and today. Three meals for $10 is a steal and filled me up well. You can only use one reward at a time. I still think I got my money’s worth. The food was delicious. I had to boost the flavor on my noodles with some spicy hot sauce & lemon juice yet everything else was seasoned well. The place was clean and the service was great. I wanted to order their spicy seasonal shrimp entree - their best entree - but it wasn’t available. This is the best Panda Express in the area to me since service here is the most efficient and I hardly wait in lines here.

A great place for a quick bite! Service is quick, food is tasty, and ordering is nice and simply. The passion mango black tea that is presently offered is a nice treat if you prefer something other than soda or water.
One note of caution is that the food tends to taste better at lunch than at dinner. This may be due to more traffic at lunch time, meaning the food is fresher. Things can be hit and miss at dinner time.

I love their teriyaki chicken, the teriyaki is perfect on the chicken, fried rice and noodles. Last time they must of run out the lo mein noodles and had to run to the store regular spaghetti noodles and they were hard horrible with no taste but I forgive them because every other time their fabulous. The young man who takes your order is extremely friendly(didn't get is name but his tall, thin build, light color hair), wish others were more like him. Good fast convenient Chinese food.
