Randy Is the most racist person I ever met in my life. I came to Panera at 7:30 am and there was a line and skipped the line and ordered at the kiosk while I was waiting Randy came and told me you don’t have your order ready and it’s cancelled while the Sytem is telling me it’s. He came back and I asked him why are you doing this and he keep saying it’s canceled while I was showing him my bank statement and I already paid for it.
He told me my order is canceled and I never saw him before and I asked him what’s the reason for it and he never responded. But my order was active and I didn’t told him it’s coming. He just hated me for no reason. Thanks to God I got my sandwich and left in peace. Worst manager ever.

I was really craving a pick 2 from Panera and went with the chicken bacon ranch and baked potato soup. Made it all the way home with my to go to order only to begin eating my soup and realizing it was like someone dumped a bucket of cheese in it. It may as well have been cheese soup, not enjoyable and not edible to me. I hoped to enjoy my sandwich then opened it to see the cook decided I didn’t want the ranch I ORDERED and put chipotle mayo on my sandwich instead . Very very disappointing meal that I had to pay my money for only to barely pick at it . Please do better Panera

This particular location has taken a nose dive. The whole restaurant is filthy. The floor looks it doesn't get a good cleaning on a regular basis. There's thick crusts of dust hanging on the fireplace. There was a blackened, white washcloth left on the table. The pail they were using to rinse out the cloth was cloudy and gray.

Not very often that I get yelled at for picking up food that I ordered ahead. The young man in the front of the store needs additional training on how to talk to customers, completely rude after I picked up my order after being neglected by another person in the back counter, who I checked in with prior, didn't bother to assist in finding my order. If they can't trust customers to put the ordered items in an easy to access location, they need to hire more people that can assist in that... And not cause a tantrum when someone does try to pick up the food they already purchased after being neglected.
Looking at other reviews, it's a recurring theme. What a shame.

I am using Panera more than 15 years.I love it. But this location customer service is so bad. Specally the team manger name called Dayana, she is the woriest I gave her negative 5 out of 5.

Everyone at this location is really friendly, I come often. If the registers get busy it takes a little longer for someone to bring out your pickup order after it's ready but I don't mind that. The mac and cheese is also really good!
We never even got to eat here. We stopped here and my husband and I both had to pee so badly that we went right to the restrooms to do so and wash our hands before ordering. All of the restrooms were LOCKED. That's right, locked, as in you needed a code to use them. There were a number of people in line waiting to be served so there was no way I was going to wait in that line to get a code to the restroom and then wait again when I came out to order food. Additionally, I had to go so badly that my bladder was about to explode so waiting for a half dozen people to decide what they want to order before I could have relief was not happening. Immediately left and went somewhere else to eat that didn't gate keep their restrooms.
