No wonder why they have only 1 star reviews… today I made the mistake of ordering here and I was supposed to have my order ready, when I picked it up they followed me and told me it was not my order and treated me so rudely! I wasn’t able to read my name, I order in the wrong location and all they did instead of helping me was treat me like if I was a thief, removing my place and they were incredibly rude to me. Deleting Panera app forever thanks to these female employees working at 5pm. They don’t know anything about costumer service. 👎🏼

Went on a Saturday morning and they were extremely understaffed. Waited >30 minutes for our order. They were completely out of self serve coffee for more than 10 minutes as well. Would recommend going to a different location

I tried to order a salad and was told I couldn’t because I am not a MyPanera member. Why would part of the menu be blocked off for people who are interested in receiving promotional emails.
People do not need another app on their phone and constant spam clogging their inboxes. This is ridiculous.

Came to try the new Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack and I was not disappointed. The bread was soft and the sandwich was awesome.

Randy Is the most racist person I ever met in my life. I came to Panera at 7:30 am and there was a line and skipped the line and ordered at the kiosk while I was waiting Randy came and told me you don’t have your order ready and it’s cancelled while the Sytem is telling me it’s. He came back and I asked him why are you doing this and he keep saying it’s canceled while I was showing him my bank statement and I already paid for it.
He told me my order is canceled and I never saw him before and I asked him what’s the reason for it and he never responded. But my order was active and I didn’t told him it’s coming. He just hated me for no reason. Thanks to God I got my sandwich and left in peace. Worst manager ever.

I was really craving a pick 2 from Panera and went with the chicken bacon ranch and baked potato soup. Made it all the way home with my to go to order only to begin eating my soup and realizing it was like someone dumped a bucket of cheese in it. It may as well have been cheese soup, not enjoyable and not edible to me. I hoped to enjoy my sandwich then opened it to see the cook decided I didn’t want the ranch I ORDERED and put chipotle mayo on my sandwich instead . Very very disappointing meal that I had to pay my money for only to barely pick at it . Please do better Panera
