I hav been to this place over the years and this last trip Dec 2025 was the worst. My best friend and I loved coming to this location for the fireplace on a cold day. It used to have a nice sitting area around the fireplace - that is gone and I am pretty sure the fireplace is broken. The floors are disgustingly dirty with trash but what is worse, the walls are caked with mess! It is as if no one has cleaned this location for months. The final straw was when I self ordered hot chocolates. Went to the window and they were frozen drinks. We attempted to correct thinking there may have been a mix up but the woman behind the counter said, “oh, the machine is broken…” a bit confused at what she meant as it is steamed milk and chocolate syrup we asked again for hot chocolate to which she responded with the same “machine is broken”. Realizing I was going to get no where with this I walked away loosing 12$ for 2 drinks. Next time I will just go to Starbucks.

What a terrible employee team you have there. We asked a simple request to change a soup order and it became a big deal. I'm sad to see employees CANNOT READ or follow directions. I am 100% sure this lady couldnt read and comprehend my order. After all the drama created by one employee, my order was still wrong.

Every drink I have had here is luke warm. They let my soup sit on the counter for 10 minutes while waiting for a hot drink to be made in the cafe. And as usual the drink was cold as well as the soup

I order 2 half sandwich with cup soup and I paid $33 it was the The worst sandwich that I ever had I ordered a Capris sandwich with no Mozzarella

I had a 5 star reveiw before for this location. But recently their apple sizes are going down to zero.... I don't know where they are getting their apples from, but they are in toy size. Other locations give you a legit apple, not a small penny apple. As soon as they change their food quality, I will adjust the reveiw.

Tables are super greasy and sticky, and bathrooms are dirty and smelly. I have to use many wet wipes to clean my table and some old grease keeps coming out after many passes. The cashier said that she will inform the manager but have not seen anybody cleaning the tables.

The staff here are so nice. One cashier is super helpful, and one of the people preparing the food is friendly. I hear customers say hi and go out of their way to chat with the employees like they know them and like them. There are hardly any places like that, where it seems to be a commuity. It makes me want to work here!
