The Spanish female manager here is extremely rude. I always order mac and cheese, but this time, it came out completely stale, with hardened cheese, and it wasn’t even warm. When I complained, she showed no sign of apology and just kept repeating, "That's how it is," with an indifferent expression. She did issue a refund, but am I supposed to be grateful for that? The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible.

Good spot for easy food and quick lunch or just a coffee. Decent number of tables and open dining area so it's not cramped and I like the layout of this one over some of the others. I'll sometimes set up and work a bit if it's not too busy and I'm not taking up a table. Bagels and pastries are also great.

I’ve been going here for 5 years and the bathroom is always dirty; water from the sink splashes everywhere. It smells. The dining room is okay but kinda old. They need to upgrade outlets for the number of people who go there to work.

We showed up late for breakfast but there were two bagels left so the lady at the counter gladly served them to us, toasted. The bagels tasted great, crispy and fresh. They were no doughy which I appreciated. Philadelphia cream cheese was served in a small container which was enough. Coffee was good and fresh even relatively late for breakfast. We shared a cranberry piece of cake to keep us satiated until a late late lunch. The portion was large and generous. The cake was moist and tasty. The restaurant was somewhat empty at this time which is understandable. Everything was very clean inside ahead of the lunchtime rush. I recommend this Paneira location.

The staff at Panera is generally courteous and professional. However, there's one employee I’ve encountered who never seems to smile, which can make interactions feel a bit unwelcoming. Despite this, the overall service is good, and I appreciate that management is actively involved in the daily operations. I would recommend that they monitor how the cashiers engage with customers, as they represent the store's front line. Encouraging a more welcoming demeanor and gathering customer feedback could be beneficial for maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Every time when I go there and I asks for a water cup they give me and I fill it up with soda but when I went today and I got a water cup and I was filling it up with soda one of the worker said dump the soda and get water
I had a disappointing experience at Panera Bread due to their poor customer service. The staff was unprofessional, disorganized, and showed a lack of care for customers. The atmosphere was chaotic and unclean. It is important for Panera Bread to address these issues promptly.
