Very dirty pizza, ordered a large thin crust all veggies. Got a stomach ache from eating a couple slices. I did not thought much of it and had the left over after 3 days and got the same stomach ache. They need a health inspection done ASAP, or their workers are just dirty.

When they were in the other location the pizza was great. Since they moved it has been trash. Dry, old and not to mention looks a lot smaller. Not worth it. May have to go to another location or switch to the dominos down the street. Sad

I literally ordered two pizzas with bacon, not Canadian bacon. And they gave me Canadian bacon anyway, which i don't like. On the 2nd pizza, the Canadian bacon topping was very sparse. Just order from an authentic pizzeria, and avoid this place. Disappointed.

I've lived in the area for ~8 years but only visited this location twice now. I haven't been to a PJs since their decline maybe 10-14 years ago, however the wife wanted to try a place that was different (she never had PJs).
Online order, easy. Prices aren't super but not bad by any means. It's chain pizza so you know what to expect. It's nice that every pie comes with a pepperoncini pepper (yum) and a garlic butter dipping cup whether you purchase one or not. The garlic stuffed crust is pretty good. I recently got Domino's stuffed crust and while it's okay, I prefer this, at least the garlic.
Location is pretty clean and modern inside though only for counter orders/takeout. They're open later than most places which is a plus. Service is pretty good too. Evening online order was ready for pickup at the counter, pie in hand, in about 12 min. Menu overall isn't the biggest or best but reliable. I'll likely be coming back here again.

Worst customer service. Did not receive my order for delivery. I drove to the place. Kept insisting order left on my porch and driver called my 12 times. First of all I no porch! Then he said he called 5 times. Asked to speak to a manager and told to call back! Drove their and manager would not come to the window.

I've ordered from here dozens of times by now and maybe once every 4th or 5th order some (typically minor) issue occurs. So far these have included delivery of burnt toppings, ignored requests for toppings, and argumentative and flat out rude delivery drivers. One driver yelled at me because he didn't read the instructions i left to find the entrance - AND he messed up the integrity of the pizza itself. Another driver banged on my door after midnight hard enough to wake my neighbors, and left the pizza on the ground and walked away.
The restaurant promised to credit my account for some of these instances over the last couple of years but I've only actually received it once. They've benefited from me being laid back over all of this time but enough is enough now.
On a positive note, MOST deliveries have been pleasant, speedy and correct. Interactions with management has never been an issue (aside from the unkept promises of restaurant credit).
Me and my boyfriend often order takeout/pick up from this Papa John’s. They have a drive thru pick up window, which is really convenient! The only downside is the parking lot and exits the parking. The parking lot really needs some work, there’s a lot of potholes and damage to the pavement. Exiting the parking lot is kind of difficult, especially when there’s traffic. I’ve never been inside, so I don’t know how it’s like in there.
