DO NOT place an order with this franchise. We never received our pizza. Manager promised me a free pizza. When I went to redeem it, he said he doesn't have anything associated with me or my account (and wouldn't even take the email proof from me showing the order).

Pizza was good after we heated it in the oven. It arrived cold in a crushed box. Delivery driver didn’t attempt to bring it to our door and left it in the lobby of the apartment building. Called the manager and got attitude. Will not spend money here again.

Ordered a small super Hawaiian original crust. Worst pizza I have ever gotten from papa johns and I have had papa johns in other countries. It came thin crust and was a little burnt. Just tasted blah as I get this same type of pizza anytime I order. Would never order from here again.

Got a chicken and bacon Alfredo pizza and a papadia. Papadia was good but the pizza was dry and overbaked. Barely had any chicken and it tasted like it had no sauce on it. Tragic

The customer service is awful. You order directly from them, they then send it through door dash. Your order comes missing items and they act like you trying to steal or some shit. I even have the digital receipt of what I ordered. Close it down NOW

For the last two orders, we have ordered hand tossed/original crust cheese pizza and it’s come out as thing crust burnt cheese pizza. They must have gotten a new cook or trying to save on dough because it’s gotten bad. They need to go back to their old quality pizza that isn’t burned and an original crust doesn’t mean thin, burned crust.
