Got a chicken and bacon Alfredo pizza and a papadia. Papadia was good but the pizza was dry and overbaked. Barely had any chicken and it tasted like it had no sauce on it. Tragic

The customer service is awful. You order directly from them, they then send it through door dash. Your order comes missing items and they act like you trying to steal or some shit. I even have the digital receipt of what I ordered. Close it down NOW

For the last two orders, we have ordered hand tossed/original crust cheese pizza and it’s come out as thing crust burnt cheese pizza. They must have gotten a new cook or trying to save on dough because it’s gotten bad. They need to go back to their old quality pizza that isn’t burned and an original crust doesn’t mean thin, burned crust.

Great for pickup; loooooong delivery times. My order was supposed to be delivered between 8:45-8:55. It arrived lukewarm at 9:32 after showing as “on the way” for over 45 minutes.
Not much cheese on the pizza. Was mostly dough and tomato sauce. Not worth $20.

At 4601 Mount Vernon Alexandria Virginia I saw one of their employees wearing Dad John's shirt, a dark-haired man with a braid in his hair near the Ramos market smoking marijuana, he was filled with smoke and when I left he was already in the kitchen making pizza, it is normal for an employee during work hours go out to smoke marijuana and then make pizza they look bad they don't look clean they don't clean themselves I used to buy before on time never again I think they have to vote for the manager he is not fit for his job and his team of employees gives him bad vibes There is an instant inspection, they close the restaurant, you have to respect the customers so that they earn respect

I got a papa bowl chicken Alfredo and this is what I got! I have eaten none of it and there is barely anything in here, it's greasy, not full as pictures shown, and just overall disappointment. Looks sloppy! Gross, gross, gross!
