Great for pickup; loooooong delivery times. My order was supposed to be delivered between 8:45-8:55. It arrived lukewarm at 9:32 after showing as “on the way” for over 45 minutes.

This was my first time eating burned pizza with crunchy cheese on top for 30 dollars. unfortunately i was only able to finish one slice.Never ordering delivery again from Papa Johns.

I got a papa bowl chicken Alfredo and this is what I got! I have eaten none of it and there is barely anything in here, it's greasy, not full as pictures shown, and just overall disappointment. Looks sloppy! Gross, gross, gross!

I got an incorrect order when picking up an online order. When I gave the feedback online, I got a voicemail saying I'll get a free pizza or a refund but when I called back, I was told it's too late to do that.

Worst Papa Johns Pizza I've ever had! I ordered pepperoni with extra cheese and got half the cheese you would get on a normal pie. Overcooked on top of that. Never again!

The worst customer service for! They took my order at 11:30 PM delivery to a downtown hotel said it would be about 35 to 45 minutes. I called back to check the restaurant had closed! Some foreign person answered the phone sounding like they were sleeping and hung up. I’m glad I did not pay them in advance. If you can do not! Do not! Do not order from this Papa John’s if you do, do not pay them in advance and definitely not if you’re really hungry. I am riding corporate. I think they are awful. They could have at least called back to say they weren’t coming.

I placed an order through the app, received a delivery notification, but nothing was delivered. I've called the store and they either don't answer or disconnect the call. I received a secondary phone number from the central ordering service. I called that line, someone answered, and then disconnected the call when I explained the situation.

When you walk in the restaurant no one greets you, asks if you need anything, asks if you’re picking up, or placing an order. This evening I ordered through the app and received a notification that my meal was complete. Upon arrival I walked in and was completely ignored the individual didn’t even have the decency to look up from his piece of paper. Finally I got the workers attention and he says oh I’m working on the previous customers order. One he could have greeted me and communicated in a more professional manner. Then my food was actually not ready and he said that it’s the system that sends the notifications and said my pizza would be ready in 5-10 minutes while my wings were done and sitting. I asked for compensation for the wait and he said no it’s not us we’re busy and I said no there should be some kind of compensation for the wait he then says whatever you can have a soda. A few minutes go by and he says your order is coming out of the oven and proceeds on telling me the price of the pizza. I say to him “can I get a soda?” He said, “No, that was because of the wait and it was not five minutes." I said, "regardless you said you was giving me a soda for the compensation." As he tries to argue back and forth about my wait time and a soda I told him he can have the food and I left. His ego wanted to waste money on food then to give a $2 soda. The attitude was very unnecessary and being busy I understand but, don’t take that out on the customer hire more people. I will never come back. I would blame this behavior on the hill moon but my girlfriend says this location always treats her this way. Fix the attitudes or find another job.

The worst pizza. We ordered delivery at 5:13 PM. We received notice that our pizza was on its way at 5: 34 with arrival at 5:41. Our pizza arrived at 6:04. Cold, tasteless and like a piece of cardboard. It was a waste of $33.00 and that was on “special”
