I would give zero or negative stars if I could! This Papa John’s gave us a pizza with the wrong ingredients and refused to give us any type of refund or credit.
My wife ordered a carry-out pizza, specifically asking for a “chicken sausage” topping. Many pizza places, including Pizza Hut, now offer chicken sausage.
Papa John’s does not offer this topping, but the employees at this store did not tell her this. Instead, the employees gave her a pizza with the regular pork Italian sausage without telling her it was not chicken sausage.
Assuming the pizza contained the chicken sausage that we asked for, my wife and I ate some of the pizza. It was only after we tried to order again on the app a day later that we realized Papa John’s doesn’t offer chicken sausage as a topping.
I called and talked to Giovanni, the store manager, and he confirmed the restaurant did not offer chicken sausage, and that he gave us pork sausage. Yet he nastily refused to give us any refund or credit to make amends for this reckless disregard of our instructions and failure to inform us that this was not the ingredient we ordered
This reckless disregard for customers’ instructions and refusal to make amends may lead to serious harm. Many people avoid pork for religious and for health reasons. This carelessness involving instructions could also lead to serious errors involving food allergies if this restaurant doesn’t change its ways.
Papa John’s executives need to make this right for us and rectify the ways of this store.

Just ordered from this location and the pizza took over a hour to get to me, then it was cold, and they didn’t cook the wings well done as I ask. I call the manager and he basically blew me off, and made some excuse about being busy. If this is how they treat every customer, I would take my business elsewhere.

Manager lied. Not sure the name but I ordered a pie on 03/21/25 and it wasn’t good at all. The order was wrong. The pie was soggy and didn’t taste good. I had it delivered and didn’t feel like driving back that same night so I called the store to let the manager know and ask for a credit. He said he put that information in the system but turns out he didn’t. I spoke to someone this evening and they informed me they have no record of my call or credit for one pie. I will never order from this store again and I’ve lost all confidence in Papa John’s. My advice is get your pizza from a different store or company.

Very quick preparation on a busy football Sunday and easy pickup. The employee checked the pizzas before handing them to me to be sure I got what I ordered. Price is also hard to beat in the area.

I put an order by the phone and waited 2 hours for the food and it never came. I called TWICE and they then lied and said they didn't do delivery. They then proceeded to charge for the food the next day which didn't come. Won't buy from here again.

Hours online do not reflect store hours. Hours online state the store opens at 10am. I placed a phone order. Decided to run a couple of errands. Stopped at the around 10:45am. I could see my order on the pickup shelf. Store doors don’t open until 11am. I’m glad I wasn’t in a hurry. I would have left it right there.

Order boneless wings for lunch and got back to work and I was very disappointed! The wings were not cooked all the way as if they were still frozen. I called to speak with the manager Carlos, to explain what happened. Carlos didn’t apologize about the convenience he wanted to go back and forth with me over the phone he didn’t offer a refund nor a credit. Very careless, rude and unprofessional. I had to stop by once I got off work which was 30 minutes away from my job with the food. To demand my refund because he refused and once I arrived I ask to speak with the manger Carlos and I was greeted “ what’s up “ very ghetto. Again, no apology I will never go back to papa John’s. Save your money and time! P.S Carlos, didn’t have a hair net or anything!
The staff was super friendly and helpful but every time I order from there, my food isn’t right.Sunday we ordered a garlic stuffed crust pizza and boneless wings. The garlic stuffed crust had barely any toppings and didn’t have the garlic on the crust! Defeats the whole point of ordering a GARLIC crust!!!! The wings were mumbo sauce wings and it was as if they poured sauce into the container then dumped the wings in, didn’t even try to coat them.Staff was friendly but I personally think I’m not ordering papa John’s again.

Grossly incompetent delivery driver who didn't understand where or what a clubhouse for an apartment complex was. And subsequently wanted me to meet him on the street. It took me longer to explain where to go than it took for Papa John's to make the pizza and send it. That service was substandard.
