This business does not return calls. They misrepresent when orders are shipped! I left many messages on their voice mail, instagram inbox and nothing!!! Spent $42 on teas that I will never receive!! Do not buy from them!!!
UPDATE-The business refunded my money and sent my order thru USPS for which I received. I didn’t expect for them to send it. After going back and forth with the owner, she expressed how reviews like this was damaging. I felt that delivery confirmation like this was misleading. Through it all it was resolved.

I’ve ordered teas recently from this establishment and have yet to receive my order. I received an email stating my order has been shipped and even received notification from UPS. Although I have the tracking information the order has yet to shipped. I called the number and it goes to voicemail. I left numerous messages and no one returns the call. I spent approximately $42 on this order and it appears that I’ll never get my order. Buyer beware!!

Loved working at the Bethesda market yesterday and Elise was one of my wonderful neighbors. Her tea is fantastic!!! Visit her at the markets ! She has perfect gifts too so if you can’t make it to her markets ….please check out her online order options ! Let’s keep supporting small business!!
