I need to preface this 2 Star review by saying this. I think their food is 4/5 Stars, service is 4/5 stars, and atmosphere is mid at 3/5 stars.

My complaint about the food is the lack of overall consistency in quality and taste. The chicken - sometimes it’s juicy, flavorful 10/10. Sometimes it’s dry and bland 1/10.
Burgers are consistently good 7-8/10.

Service is mid. Sometimes they’re friendly and helpful and service is fast. Sometimes they act annoyed when a customer comes in and orders food, or if a group comes and sits and orders food, or if kids are dining inside. Sometimes they’re firing on all cylinders and the service is a 10/10.

Atmosphere is always mid. Tables are 50% of the time sticky and dirty. Floors are 50% of the time sticky and dirty. At least 3x I have come here around 9pm and the place smells like an old dirty mop.

I mostly come for the burgers now. They are consistently pretty good. I recommend the burgers for sure.

My biggest complaint is something new I noticed. I attached a picture to this review that shows the receipt, and a 4.99% service charge. They do not post anything about this service charge online, in the store, by the register, or anywhere easily within sight of the customer. I only noticed it after looking at the receipt.

At the bottom of the receipt it says the following:
4.99% Service Charge Included
For parties of 0 or larger, a 4.99% gratuity is applied automatically. If you have any questions please speak to a manager.

On my transaction it was only $0.75.
So if you’re reading this you might be thinking ‘it’s only 75 cents, what’s the big deal?’

But why am I being charged a 4.99%/$0.75 service fee for an automatic gratuity when I’m just picking up food? Why is this not posted in an area in the restaurant where a customer can see it and be notified?

I came for dinner with family after quite some time and noticed great improvements than before. Upon inquiry, I was told that management got changed. This explains the improved service and great quality of food. We ordered Peri Peri chicken and sandwiches.

Very nice people.
The Nash and Smashed as well as the Prime Peri chicken breast fillet sandwiches were super tasty.

I ordered my food for pick up at 6:48pm got there at 7:48pm. Food had not even been cooked. There was one person no orders, no customers. I Asked him how long will my food take he said 7mins he about to make it. I walked in the worker was eating snacks chilling on the phone. Asked for a refund it’s a day later and I still have not got my refund. They’re food is mostly frozen my order was 47.20 if I don’t receive my money back I will be calling the police.

Basic average food, extremely high prices.

Really good Peri grilled chicken sandwich and fries. I definitely will returning to try more on the menu. Lots of other options too, including meatless burger.

First time eating here. Nashville hot sandwich and chicken wraps were great. Even my picky husband was pleased. The new manager was friendly and helpful.

I wonder if the reviews are even honest. Sandwiches were so dry and chewy. no flavour. Don’t fall for the reviews. Never going to order again. They need to work on the taste.

Food was good in prices for reasonable. Service was acceptable but nothing to make it stand out. The one complaint is they add on a 4.99 service fee and that is not disclosed anywhere visible.

As soon as i realized i was in the area, I ran here as fast as i could. This place never disappoints me. their chicken has tons of flavor and falls right off the bone. I got the half chicken grilled, half hot, half mango lime. Then a side of rice. I pull the chicken apart and make a rice bowl. Their sauces are a very good touch to the bowl.
The employees seem a little rude sometimes but i think its a language barrier more then anything. And with food this good you can be rude i don't mind
