UPDATE: YES IVE DINED WITH YOU multiple times which is why i was shocked that i didnt even receive an APOLOGY at the very least. I believe it WAS racially motivated because of this. If you look in their reviews, this is not the first time that they’ve done this to a customer. It’s not an isolated incident. Your response is lousy and you can trust and believe I will not be visiting your LOUSY establishment any time in the near future! This establishment is merely my backup restaurant for when my regular spot is not open. Work on your customer service and how you treat RETURNING CUSTOMERS rather than calling my ACCURATE “accusations “ “baseless”. Gtfo
I came in around 12:50 on a Tuesday and none of my food came out til 1:20. Instead, multiple asian individuals and pick up orders were served and people who came in after me were served both their appetizers and main dish before i was served the one bowl of pho i ordered. Ridiculous and discriminatory. No apologies were given to me (a black woman). I decided to leave. After nearly 40 mins of waiting. Go somewhere else!insane

Long piece of matted, dirty, greasy hair came out in a bite of one of my egg rolls. I have never been so disgusted. My seafood Pho came with only three pieces of shrimp for the entire large bowl. I’ve ordered from them before and have never received such poor service. Must be going downhill. Won’t be ordering from them EVER again.

I really enjoyed the pho that I got plus the Thai ice tea. The pho was delicious, I got the large with the rare beef brisket and flank. I added sriracha sauce as well as hoisin sauce to it, which were both provided. It was a cold day and perfect for pho. Would definitely come here again!

I went to this place last night with my best friend and gf. We ordered pho and beef vermicelli noodle bowls. Pho is always good but the noodle bowls were not. The bowl was bland even with the sauce and the beef was over cooked. It was like chewing rubber. I definitely wouldn’t order this again, but the pho is great! We also orders chicken wings which were really good.
Have tried many Pho spots in the DMV area, and I can say you get your money's worth here. I ordered the P1, and the Pho was great. The meat portions were as expected. Spring rolls were bigger than others that I've had. The waiter was attentive to our needs. Will definitely return here.

Went to the counter to ask about our food and was told the spring rolls were never ordered when they were ordered first. No apology from staff. Everyone that arrived after us were served.
