Delious! Friendly staff , very professional even after dealing with very entitled rude customers (witness multiple times, unfortunately these customers have zero proper home training) they still provide amazing service! ❤️ Totally recommend!

I’m unsure if we came in on an off-day because they seem to have great reviews on their pho. Pho has to be one of my favorite meals so I’ve tried manyyyy places from big foodie capitals to small towns. I have found great pho restaurants here in VA but unfortunately this was not one of them. I found their broth to be fairly bland and lacked depth of flavor. Their summer rolls are pretty small and really nothing too great. Even in spots where I don’t favor the pho, summer rolls are usually a good go-to. I will say, their service was good. The gentleman working the front greeted us immediately and sat us at a table.

The food was decent, but the service was poor. I had a horrible experience, and I would suggest other customers think twice before going here or reviewing their bill before paying. The minimal standard tip for average service at a sit-down restaurant is between 15 and 18%, depending on the service offered. Even though I am a big tipper, I felt tricked. Normally, when you receive a bill, you expect them to charge you correctly and advise you on the next step of a screen if you aren't too sure, but this restaurant not only did not disclose that a tip had already been applied (had a party of 4 only), but when they took it upon themselves to add an additional tip themselves and later asked that you simply sign. They then hand me the total sum of my receipt, not the whole printout of itemized food and other items. I had to request a full printout to notice that it did not tally correctly and to understand how the sum was incorrectly added up. When I called them out, they responded in a rude manner, stating that there was nothing they could do to reimburse me that percentage and refusing to offer any compensation for the error they claimed. It was startling that I had to demand a pho meal as a substitute just to get things moving, but they didn't even want to offer it to me; they probably only consented because they wanted to close shop and get the hell out of there.

The pho here is good because their meat is tender and tastes fresh. However EVERY time we come in, there’s always an issue.
First time we came in and paid with credit card. They didn’t give us a bill and only the total. They didn’t tell us they charge us tip on it already (they picked the tip $$) so we tipped on top of it. When we realized that, we asked for the second tip to be refunded and they refused.
Second time, they said they were closing early so we felt rushed to eat our food.
Tonight, same thing. We arrived at 8pm. They told us they were closing at 8:30pm even though hours are 9pm on google, yelp, and their doors.
Would like to continue coming here but the service truly sucks.

Large bowl of pho for 14$ (no option for small). Broth is clear but a little too sweet for my taste. Also, way too much onion and cilantro was added. Meat seems ok quality. They won't share Wi-Fi thus my one star for service. In summary, I'd go elsewhere for pho.
My girlfriend and I split a dish because we get too full when we have separate dishes . The employees were kind enough to give extra meat . We really appreciate you guys, we always get treated right here and the food is 100/10! Muchas gracias !!

Great authentic pho place, not the best, but really good contender. We had the combination one and we were happy with the value and the quality of food, I wish the broth was a little more flavorful but nevertheless it was GREAT! I would go back and I recommend.

We ordered the crispy egg noodle and it was good. A bit stingy on the tofu and meats for the price. The service was ok. The atmosphere was terrible. There was no music, tv was on with no sound, the restaurant was empty and quiet. There was no AC or fans. Not sure if it was out or they just didn’t turn it on but it was HOT. I saw a review from a month ago that it was the same way a month ago so looks like they just keep it that hot. Would not come back because I’m not paying those prices to sweat while I eat.
