Best pho I’ve ever had! I take my friends here to show them and they all love it. I usually do takeout but I dined in today, the food came out very fast. I usually prefer a more spaced out seating arrangement but that’s my own personal opinion and it isn’t even possible because the place is small. It doesn’t take away from the beauty of this restaurant. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent food!
Pho has a rich broth with good portions of meat. Noodles cooked right. Weve had the rice vermicelli, bun tit nuoung cha gio and it is some of the best we've had. Flavor grilled meat and crispy egg rolls are a standout.
Check it out!

22 November 2025, DATE NIGHT WITH Rosie. Rosie and I went to “Pho Ngon, Restaurant”, 5810 Kingstowne Center Drive, Alexandria, Virginia. This restaurant is easy to find in the Kingstowne Plaza shopping center. It is a Casual, diner-style restaurant serving up Vietnamese foods. They have a great menu. You will love it. The décor is simple, clean walls with just American pictures of food. No pictures of Vitenam nice. They cater to all toy outstanding food. Very clean and casual. No tablecloth or silver with sparkling glasses. Just simple with great Vietnamese food. It is known for good neighborhood cooking at a reasonable price. We were seated immediately at a table for two along the wall. We were quickly met by our waiter who was friendly and efficient. We ordered the Crispy Pork Spring Rolls with Rice appetizer. It was wonderful. It had the perfect taste. Rosie beef noodle soup bowl dinner which looked great, cooked to perfection, and tasted better. I had fried chicken dinner. It was a large chicken leg and thigh dinner that was very delicious. There were large portions and we could not finish them. Took them home for a second dinner tonight. The was a great place, excellent service and perfect Vietnamese restaurant with the best food at a fair cost. The pl[ace was full. Customers at event table all night. Rosie loved her dinner so much she is already wanting to go again. The restaurant had a low noise level. Great for couples. Had six tables for six so also good for families and groups. Every table was very clean, and each table was sanitized after the people left. There is free public parking directly in front of the restaurant. The kitchen is somewhat hidden behind the casher counter. I recommend this restaurant for good casual special dining. Walt Okon, Springfield, Virginia

We had great service, and truly great pho. Our table had both chicken and beef pho, both were exceptional.

First time I tried it, loved it and thought I found my new fav pho spot but noticed the customer service was lacking. I didn't care too much cause the pho was so good. Noticed every time I went back, customer service wasn't any better than the last time but last night was enough for me to put a review up. Visited around 3/3:30 and it was busy and filled up per usual. No problem we waited however THEY had this demeanor as if we were a nuisance for wanting to wait? It was weird the vibe was off but we waited anyway. Delivered our food to the wrong table, UNDERCOOKED crispy spring rolls I got sick from and was throwing up the next day smh, never once checked on us so we never got our drinks refilled. I didn’t finish my pho or egg rolls and grabbed them as takeaway but eventually threw it out with the garbage. All in all, they lost me as a customer. Plenty other small family businesses I can spend money at instead of a place that makes me feel unwelcomed and that doesn’t bother to check on their guests. Pho 75 still the goat.

Delicious Pho cuisine. Flavorful bone broth with the noodles. Each dish was satisfying with distinct flavors. Service was good. Highly recommended.

out of all the Vietnamese restaurants I've eaten at in the MD & VA area, this is my favorite overall.
this place was so good, I went 3 times on a work trip. every other reviewed places it has been 1 and done.
let's start off w the usual: phở special and cà phê sửa đá. bowl was plentiful. hearty. delicious broth. filling. had all the trimmings. the coffee was mildly dark and rich. a balanced of sweetness w a hint of bitterness aftertaste. I also got the che ba mau to go. absolutely delicious. love the crinkle cut jelly.
everything was reasonably priced. staff were friendly. establishment was cleaned. not too big but not too small. enough to fit a table of 6.
I returned here to get bun bo hue. enjoyed it very much. broth is a tad sweet for my liking. did have a nice, rich flavor. unfortunately forgot the photos. the meal did included pork hocks so that's always a plus, but no blood.
the last time I went I stuck w my usual. I feel that this is the best phở around the MD/VA area. others are close, but due to their other selections here that are also top notch, this place is def my favorite. would love to return soon!

This pho spot is the best in the area! I go religiously during the fall/winter season. The pho broth is full of flavor and their service is great. Food comes out fast and hot. I recommend this location to everyone I know.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Broken rice dish was phenomenal, up there with best I’ve had. Spring rolls were fried perfectly and the portion sizes were very generous.

Pho Ngon is our go-to for Vietnamese food, but mostly because it’s the best option in the neighborhood, which honestly isn’t saying much.
The food is okay, but lately everything’s gotten a lot saltier, and not in a good way. Prices feel a bit high for what you get, and the pho broth just doesn’t hit like it does at other spots in Fairfax.
We still go when we’re craving pho and don’t want to drive too far, but it’s more out of convenience than anything else.
Saturday night 45 minutes before closing and restaurant was packed. First time trying and we thought it was pretty good pho - probably only second to Pho 75. The staff is very nice and cordial, and you can tell there are a lot of repeat/ familiar customers here.
Only downside is the price - very expensive for a bowl of pho.
