The food here is high quality and fresh. I tried Lentil Soup and entree Beef Shawarma. Both were super delicious as well as pita bread.
The staff is very friendly and provided excellent service.

We visited The Pita House while in town and had such a wonderful experience! Our party of six was seated right away, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious—especially the hommos, Shawarma, and falafel. The service was top-notch; our server was friendly, fun, and went out of their way to make our 50th birthday celebration feel special. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the menu had plenty of great options, including vegetarian dishes and tempting desserts. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Alexandria!

The food is excellent. However, the service was normal, yet the reason I give it 1 star out of 5 because the servant added a 20% automatic gratuity for a table that has 2 people while the menu says that they only add 18% for party of 5. In addition to the act of deceiving and lie, the servant didn’t admit the mistake but became rude about it and started to make excuses.
I hope in the future he will be honest and avoid deceiving and lying.
