I ordered vegan knots without onion. Not only did they manage to add the biggest onion they could in some of them. But most are just empty. I thought it was a joke, and these are supposed to have vegan sausage. If you run out of ingredients better cancel the order than send me this. A waste of time and money.

This is an extremely disappointing experience. We used to LOVE coming to &pizza. Please bring back ordering NOT on screens. We used to be able to get quality pizza fast, now its impersonal, you have to pay more for every little thing and quality is worse because of it. We will not ever be coming back to &pizza because of this change, bring it back to the chipotle style!!!!!

I WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD, I USE TO LOVE THIS PLACE, HAVING TO USE KIOSK IS DUMB, EMPLOYEES ACT LIKE THEY CAN’T READ CORRECTLY, GIVING THE WRONG STUFF, YOU PAY FOR EXTRA AND THEY STILL GIVE REGULAR. ALL OF IT JUST NASTY!!!

Potomac Yard &pizza is one of my 3 favorite locations. The food is always prepared just right. The team is just right. I will say I do miss my favorite manager. He moved on to help at other locations. The vibe changed a little with the team after he left but, the current team has set things right. I recommend this location. The music, food, and atmosphere are so cool. One of the few restaurants I don’t mind going to when it’s cold or rainy.

Sorry, no pics. The food looked and smelled too good to wait for me to take cute foodie pics. I’ll try to refrain next time. Thanks for another great meal!!!!

It’s been awhile since I was here but making all customers use a screen to order and pay while there are people working right there defeats the whole point of custom pizzas. What if I want a little extra sauce? Or pepperoni on half only?

I used to love coming to this location but they have now changed it to kiosk ordering. Very disappointing because it takes longer to order and receive your pizza. This location receives a lot of people so now with kiosks it takes a really long time for them to make all the pizzas. It’s also like they’ve been instructed to ignore you now? They were super friendly before. Now customer service is not the priority. On the bright side the pizza looked good, tasted good, and ingredients looked fresh.

This used to be my favorite location. I’d go out of my way to tell friends, coworkers, etc to come to this location because of the great quality of ingredients, amazing customer service etc. I hate to say it but I went this afternoon and was shocked at how things have changed. I wasn’t greeted upon coming in, using the kiosk system to order was ok but it took away from the personalized experience. The biggest issue was, upon trying my pizza I noticed the quality was very poor. I ordered the same pizza that I’ve gotten for the past few years and this time it was extremely salty, burnt, there was barely any cheese and overall was lacking in taste. I’m not sure why things are so different but I can’t be the only one who notices.
