This place having 4 stars is a HUGE mystery to me.
This pizza was AWFUL tasting. Taste was yuck, crust was partially burnt. As my photos show I tried to pick over it so I didn't feel like I wasted my money but my money was wasted. I don't drink or eat mango anything so I received a drink I didn't order. I ordered the Ginger Berry Lemonade.
It was delivered by Ubers Eats so I couldn't rate the service really or atmosphere.

All they do it talk … they prolong the time for your good because they too busy chatting, I could have done online order but times I’ve done online they don’t read the directions before a test I had to take i decided to come in person and get my food but of course im waiting 10 min just for her to put the sauce on my pizza why u may ask ? Because she talking too much then just to finish off my topping took them another 10-15 min to finish that because they are laughing and giggling … this happened around 9:00pm on December 2nd there was no line no nothing taller African American lady and two Hispanic ladies … they then left the the back with cava bags , and left our pizza… something needs to be done

Having visited several other locations over the last year, I had almost given up on &Pizza. The quality had really fallen, but this restaurant was clean, the staff listened and were knowledgeable and the pie was great. Unfortunately, this store is a bit further to drive for me - unless Ballston can clean up their quality.

We were in the area for the weekend due to an event and found this place on Google. Though...ehh let give it a try.... SSSSSOOOOO glad we did! We ordered pizza, wings, and cheeses stick and all 4 adults were extremely happy with all the food. The wings were cooked and seasoned perfectly! The pizza, a pan crust was superb! And the cheese stick were delicious! We will definitely be ordering from Jets in the future!

They changed since I visited last. The dough is pre-made and changes the taste doesn't taste fresh anymore. The young lady slim spanish employee was rude and appeared like I was interrupting her day. The young man however was very nice and pleasant. So unfortunately it's a no for me will not be returning.

I normally don’t post reviews but last night i was in with my family. This place closes at 11pm. I was in with my family at 10pm. When i grabbed my food i was asked to move seats because they needed to clean for the night on the side i was on. I told them i could move closer to the door but that i needed to stay in lower table because of my kids(she wanted me to move to a table with stools). She then said “nevermind”. around 10:25 i asked to used the restrooms, they said no because they were closed for the night and they were already clean and wet. I told her my children needed to use the restroom and still didn’t allow it. it was not 11 or even close to being 11 yet. My children had to pee outside while it was raining because they in a rush to clean and go home. It’s so disappointing because i was a paying costumer and was still denied the use of the restrooms.

Go to another location. This one sucks and is very badly managed. The pizza order always comes out wrong; they cut the pizza as a zigzag. They are often rude. Go save your money from here to another location.
Don’t usually post negative, I love &Pizza and workers are very kind, but at this location I have ordered three times online and each order has been wrong each time. Lack of or extra ingredients, no drizzle asked for each time, and the last time my pizza was cut so one long side was a sliver and the other side was huge. Attention to detail would be appreciated at next visit to obtain the correct pizza ordered.
