I ordered 3 pizzas from the Potomac yard location. None of the pizza boxes were sealed and one of the side items was missing from my order. Thankfully I was able to rectify the issue with Uber Eats, but never again will I order from this location. It only takes a moment to seal the boxes and provide a bag .. which could perhaps prevent missing other items ordered .

The food is FANTASTIC! The service is top notch. I probably meet friends at this location once per month.No matter what time we arrive, the tables need wiping down, the trash is so full that it is falling out of the bins onto the floor, and the music is way TOO loud.If the pie was not so good, we would pass. Please guys, get it together. We love your pizza AND it is a convenient location for an after work nosh.

The staff cheated me out of $3 because I asked for Parmesan on a cheese pizza.
I’m use to the &pizzas in DC where the employees are more down to earth. I have never visited a &pizza where I’m not allowed to have smaller cut pieces. I thought that was a dumb rule. Then the employees are not even smiling. The 2 stars are for the location. Food quality will always be there. This particular &pizza has no diversity and it seems like it will turn into another business who hires mostly Latinos like McDonald’s and Chipotle. I’m sure the employees are not smiling because it’s so boring !!when you only have ppl who want to serve pizza perfect but too shy to have fun, the weirdest experience evolves from that. Pizza is not supposed to be complicated
