Walked in & walked right out. The kiosks directly infront of the counter are a turn off. No one greeted me and it looks like the menu has changed. I haven’t been to this location in a while & really wanted a pizza but everything described above made me change my mind.

I love their pizza, especially the American Honey. Their pizza is thin and light on toppings, which doesn't sound like it would be a good thing, but I love it. It feels lighter than traditional pizza, more like a crispy flatbread. If you're looking for good old fashioned pizza drowning in cheese, this is not it.

I used to be a huge fan of &pizza and especially loved the customization. I haven’t been in a while but was craving a good pizza.
When I walked in I noticed the new menu items, salads and tacos then I also noticed the new Kiosk. Kiosk usually gives the staff an excuse to ignore patrons and give mediocre service so of course there was no greeting and I was only spoken to when my order was ready which took 20 mins although there were only 2 customers in the store.
I decided to try the tacos since it was national taco day, I ordered all 3 options. The box was pretty small I expected the tacos to be bigger. They were burnt to a crisp and I actually don’t mind crispy but they were actually black. I wouldn’t even serve that to my child at home. I would have the decency to throw it out and make a new fresh one to serve. Some of the toppings like the corn and onions were also burnt. The flavor of the tacos was masked by the overall blackened burnt appearance.
Sadly this will be my last time visiting &pizza. I gave them grace after the Marion Barry incident but they’re definitely on a decline.

Absolutely awful customer service. You can’t call them and speak to an actual person anymore. I got an incomplete order delivered that was cold because the delivery guy took so long and I can’t even call to speak to anyone to get my refund. I’m beyond pissed with annoying experience.

This location needs to improve making accurate pick up orders. I had incomplete orders the last couple of times and that discourages me from ordering here in the future.
I recently placed an online order with the intention of picking up my meal. However, upon arrival, I decided to dine in. Despite this, I was informed by a team member that the store would be closing at 10:30 PM. I noted that the official &pizza website lists the closing time as 11:00 PM, but the team member insisted that we could not stay, citing the need for cleaning.
What was most disappointing was being told, while seated and preparing to eat, that we must avoid making a mess or dirtying the table. This interaction felt unwelcoming and was not reflective of the positive experience I typically associate with &pizza.

I had a terrible experience with this location. I ordered delivery for my husband’s birthday, and it was a complete disappointment. The food arrived very late, they didn’t answer our calls, when we get there while we went there to follow up why they hadn’t sent the order yet their attitude was extremely unprofessional and impolite . Their customer service is awful. Our guests were all waiting for dinner, hungry, and the food was so late that it ruined our celebration, despite having paid a lot of money for dinner. We felt embarrassed in front of our guests, and what was supposed to be a special night turned into an unpleasant experience. While the food itself tastes good, this particular branch has terrible service. I would not recommend ordering from here.
