Folks here are great, but I ordered for delivery. It was delivered to the wrong address. They use Uber Eats to deliver. But in this situation you canât report it through Uber Eats. Then if you call &pizza, they say you have to take it up with Uber Eats. So, I just had to re-order the same order, pay for it again, and then pick it up myself

Food was cold by the time we sat down to eat.

Came in today for pickup, food confirmed for 7:15. Got there at 7:30 was told order was already picked up. How without my info given at pickup idk?? âYea someone stole itâ âŠ. couldnât afford the time to wait for my order to be remade. Reason why it was pickup. Hopefully my refund is processed in a timely matter. Was disappointing experience. Wonât waste time with online ordering going forward.

I gave two stars based on yesterdayâs order and poor customer service. I called the location twice and was told itâs a call center with no way to reach the store. The 2-star rating, even with a 5-star rating for Stephanie, averages out to 2 stars because yesterday was a negative. I received someone elseâs order altogether and was not aware of it until I got home. I appreciate Stephanieâs assistance in rectifying the problem. Stephanie was courteous and empathetic to the issue. I reiterate that, without Stephanie, it would be negative, and note that Stephanieâs rating is 5. Also note my family did not eat the pizza from last night and returned it to the store today as to why Stephanie gets the kudos.

This place has to be the most poorly managed fast casual chain Iâve ever seen. I think their model is to short staff the heck out of the restaurant in the name of maximizing profit. I ordered two super simple pizzas online that were allegedly ready by 5. Arrived by 5:05⊠5:15, 5:20 and beyond ticked by. Nada. Staff were so clearly untrained and struggling with the absolute basics. Absent management, pure profit motivation. Yikes.

Walked in & walked right out. The kiosks directly infront of the counter are a turn off. No one greeted me and it looks like the menu has changed. I havenât been to this location in a while & really wanted a pizza but everything described above made me change my mind.

I love their pizza, especially the American Honey. Their pizza is thin and light on toppings, which doesn't sound like it would be a good thing, but I love it. It feels lighter than traditional pizza, more like a crispy flatbread. If you're looking for good old fashioned pizza drowning in cheese, this is not it.

I used to be a huge fan of &pizza and especially loved the customization. I havenât been in a while but was craving a good pizza.
When I walked in I noticed the new menu items, salads and tacos then I also noticed the new Kiosk. Kiosk usually gives the staff an excuse to ignore patrons and give mediocre service so of course there was no greeting and I was only spoken to when my order was ready which took 20 mins although there were only 2 customers in the store.
I decided to try the tacos since it was national taco day, I ordered all 3 options. The box was pretty small I expected the tacos to be bigger. They were burnt to a crisp and I actually donât mind crispy but they were actually black. I wouldnât even serve that to my child at home. I would have the decency to throw it out and make a new fresh one to serve. Some of the toppings like the corn and onions were also burnt. The flavor of the tacos was masked by the overall blackened burnt appearance.
Sadly this will be my last time visiting &pizza. I gave them grace after the Marion Barry incident but theyâre definitely on a decline.
I don't know what it is about the pizza but it's just so good. I'm not trying to say it's the greatest in the world but for the price and quickness I'll come here every week

Absolutely awful customer service. You canât call them and speak to an actual person anymore. I got an incomplete order delivered that was cold because the delivery guy took so long and I canât even call to speak to anyone to get my refund. Iâm beyond pissed with annoying experience.
