Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I'm just picking up my order. I often feel like the staff doesn't know how to greet or acknowledge customers when they arrive. There’s rarely a “Hello, how can I help you?” And if they are assisting one customer while another is waiting, there’s typically no acknowledgment of the waiting customer, such as “Hello, someone will be right with you.” I often find myself having to greet them first. There's an older woman who wears glasses and looks at me as if there’s something wrong with me, though perhaps that’s just her natural facial expression. Although their pizza is delicious, the customer service could improve. At least try to make customers feel welcome, especially those who don’t cause difficulties.

Don’t waste your time here. They’ve resorted in using computers instead of having interaction with a human. It’s elitist to even suggest that folks often don’t know how to read or need assistance. Completely takes out the customer experience. I refuse to order from a computer. Lost a customer FOREVER. Taking my business to Pupatella.

The employees simply don't want to be there. Something that seemed like a simple fix turned into her refusing and wanting to argue. I left without lunch, no argument needed. Avoid going at 1pm. Haha

We tried the American Honey pizza before going to the movies. It was good and the price is fair. There is free street parking on Sundays. The movie theater offers validated parking also if you go to the movies.

This pizza spot is crazy, especially with Stephanie working. She will definitely take care of you.
I ordered two pizzas on the website. "Oscar" sent a message saying he had trouble finding the place. Then less than a minute later, marked the pizza as handed to me. The text message said to contact the driver. I messaged him and he never responded. I tried to call the local store but just got some automated server message like I was trying to call a fax machine. I called corporate and when you press customer service it says they've moved it to an online site feedback.andpizza.com. Guess what it's just a website to leave a how they are doing by rating them. There's no account resolution. You can't contact corporate, the dasher, or the store, and Doordash doesn't track the orders as they stated they just manage it for the storefront location. Basically, this company just robbed me, automated/downsized any sort of resolution system then listed bad contact information. I got robbed and they've removed any functionality for you to get your money back. So, screw the customers. I guess we can leave reviews, and someone will say sorry you have a bad experience, does apologizing make you remove the review? End of the day I hope your company enjoys keeping the money. I'm sure this happens to a lot of people who just give up and that works out for you. Enjoy my $40 and everyone else you did it to.
Also, I went back to their website again to maybe see a direct customer service avenue and the site said I'm only allowed to "review them once every 24 hours" I must not wait 23 hours and 40 minutes before I'm rewarded with the experience of attempting to contact them.
