Service was good. It was kind of great but My drink was missed, I explained 5 times that My order was dine in, when I wanted another item, I had to go back to the order station.
This wasn't a problem but the Pizza that was ready wasn't placed in the warmer, so it sat out for 3 orders and got cold. When it was 3 ft away from the warmer. I didn't think too much of it but I saw other orders get placed in the warmer. While other orders were being taken during...

UPDATE:
My son encouraged me to return to this location recently. I ordered a pie for us to share. I stayed away from the knots. The pie was delicious with a decent amount of toppings. I noticed that they have new staff members with great energy. So, I decided to improve my rating a little. I will return to check the vibes and order knots with hopes that they will live up to the Potomac Yard and Arlington Blvd standards. I hope I will be able to give them a higher rating...

To the owner or manager, this &pizza doesn't disappoint for food and it gets a lot of traffic but:
You need to invest in this location!
1) 4 people atleast per shift
2) regularly wipe surfaces: tables, chairs, glass, behind counter, bathrooms
3) the workers took tired - online orders & inperson orders at times bunch up
During times with fewer orders that's when alll can tidy.
