I’ve ordered here 4 times and the order is wrong every single time. I just don’t understand how it can be wrong every time. I order carry out and am stuck waiting there for ten more minutes then they still get the order wrong. Never fails that it wastes an extra hour of my time. Why is it that I can order from every other pizza place in town and they get it right but this one can’t? This Pizza Hut is the worst I’ve ever ordered from out of possibly 20-30 pizza huts all over the country. Do better.

This is by far the most frustrating and ineffective company to have a delivery issue resolved. Upon receiving my order, my DoorDash delivery driver (although I ordered directly through the Pizza Hut website) informed me they did not provide him with my beverage that came with my combo. He attempted to contact DoorDash in advance to allow him to re-deliver the missing item, but DoorDash would not provide him this restaurant’s phone number.
Therefore I had to call the “local” phone number which reroutes you to a Pizza Hut call center that supposedly reroutes you to the franchise restaurant where you are on infinite hold and the delivery servicer DoorDash is unable to provide any recourse when your order directly through Pizza Hut.
After calling and waiting on hold for over 45 minutes, I had to request a phone number to Pizza Hut corporate and instead of simply having my item redelivered as my DoorDash driver offered, they created a ticket that will take 1 to 3 business days for a response. You want to look for inefficiencies and failed service, leave the federal government alone and look to Pizza Hut and this franchise that refuses to answer the phone first.

This Pizza Hut might need to invest in sharper blades. I've ordered from here a handful of times over the last year(to include this week) and either the pizza isn't cut or the bread sticks aren't cut. This week it was the cheese bread and my Doordash had to wait an additional 30 min on a order with no explanation. Walking in there and the place is dated, gloomy, and the staff often looks over worked and tired.

When ordering I was transferred to another operator who asked me to repeat all the information of my order. When I expressed my frustration in passing, I received attitude from the operator, not understanding. This lead me to ask further questions about their service, which were answered as rudely. This location needs to learn about customer service.

Soooooo....buffet is NOT back!! Went to Pizza Hut on Glebe Rd in Alexandria, VA and there was only 3 pizzas...one with half cheese and half pepperoni, one meat lovers, and one supreme. No salad, no breadsticks, NOTHING ELSE! Come on, Pizza Hut! You have to do better!

Service from this location has always been spotty but since they started using Door Dash for delivery I’ve given it a chance. Well that was a mistake. I had an order arrive missing a 12 piece wings. Since it was delivered by door dash but not ordered through door dash there was no way to report the issue without calling the store which I knew would get me nowhere (from past experience). After sitting on hold for 10 minutes via two attempts and being hung up on both times I’ve given up. I’ll contest the charge via Amex. Don’t order from here. It’s doomed.
Had a 7.99 lunch special..Pizza Hut now has turkey sausage for a topping so that’s what I got with the boneless wings which come in different flavors not bad at all for an 8$ lunch pizza was fresh and chicken was hot..the store is usually empty when I go but the service is average not many smiles but again not bad at all for 8$ lunch

Received the incorrect order, they charged me twice, when I called the manager that answered hang up on me. I was telling him that my order was wrong, he was careless and not even apologized for the inconvenience. Bad customer service, bad store and bad management.

Horrible service! I had questions about redeeming points and got no help from the store employees or manager. They clearly don’t know the process and told me it was a Corporate problem and to take it up with them. The process isn’t intuitive using the mobile app, but I’d like to think I’m not the first person to redeem points.
The only reason I still ordered a pizza here is my wife likes it, so I get it. I believe there are better pizzas for the same price.
