Ordered the Tuesday personal pan pizza deal and never even got my order. Severely understaffed which is unfortunate that management doesn't plan better for big promotions like that.

In my experience, this PizzaHut restaurant provided a subpar service. Many customers, including myself, were eagerly anticipating the Tuesday personal pan promotion. I placed a carryout order on my way home, but I encountered difficulties connecting with the restaurant. After overcoming these challenges, I successfully reached the call center around 10pm where my order was successfully placed after a couple failed attempts.
The call center attempted to transfer the call to the restaurant so that I could receive my points and receive an accurate pick-up time (the call center said it’d take about 40 mins). However, the restaurant failed to respond, and I decided to wait to pass the time. I arrived at the restaurant around 11pm and found approximately 10-15 customers impatiently waiting for their orders.
A manager attempted to gather the names of the orders and proceed with making the pizzas, cutting, and boxing them. This process was met with disbelief from the customers. While two other staff members were cleaning the store, they were not providing any assistance to the guests or our orders. The phones were muted, and I observed that all six lines were constantly ringing as other customers attempted to contact the restaurant.
The manager’s lack of timely management was evident as he struggled to gather the necessary information and send out orders. He failed to apologize or demonstrate urgency. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade, so I was disappointed to witness such a situation. It was even more disheartening to observe that customers with later order times arrived and received their food before me. Finally, I received my order around 12:15am despite the store closing at 12 due to the high volume of orders. Unfortunately, I was unable to apply my member email to receive my points.
Overall, while the pizza was good, and I felt remorse for the team member working alone to get the orders out, I don’t see myself returning anytime soon.

Update: I got food poisoning from this location.

Horrible service. If you ever need to reach the store about an order you will never get through. Got hung up on 5 times and placed on hold for 10+ minutes and by then it was already too late.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat at 11:50 the buffet was not even set up yet the salad bar was but a lot of the ingredients on the salad bar look like they were day old or two day old the croutons were soft and mushy and don't even get me started on the green peppers they were so slimy I wouldn't even touch them, they may do a good delivery business or pickup business but their in-house business is awful it needs a lot of work, very doubtful I will return
