Literally gave me a soggy pizza. I had to drive all the way back to the location for them to tell me the cheese made it so soggy and greasy. Yet was told I’d be compensated with store credit, to receive nothing. Store manager says oh just don’t let it sit for too long because it will become more soggy! I’ve never heard a thing in my 36 f’n years! Then when I called and asked for customer service number, the employee said “I just work here”! I asked for the manager and he just put me on hold and never came back to the phone! Poor customer service and a poor excuse of a worker. Shows how yall really feel about paying customers. So sickening. Won’t be visiting this location EVER AGAIN!!

I went there last night and I order a deep dish supreme and that is not what we got… I asked for Jalapeños on the side and they said they could not do that what pizza place don’t give you Jalapeños . The man that was there was rude because he did not want to do his job… I can’t give you Jalapeños in a nasty way. Then I called there and they only want to give me 20 dollars refund….. I paid almost 50 for 2 medium pizza and 2 sodas. We call a different one and they over charged me a whole lot… People please be aware of this place. I am going over the mangers head…. I will do it today to so if you want this settled without me going over your head then do something about it…

I went to this location twice only because I work in the area.. The pizza both time were EXTREMELY HARD! I called the 2nd time to let them know this is UNACCEPTABLE, after paying my money! The foreign guy wanted to go back and forth that he knows how to cook pizza. I eat Pizza Hut all the time and it’s never dry and hard like theirs .. You have a better chance of eating the box it comes in. DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION.

The individual who checked me out was not helpful and hounded me over some sauce for the order which should have came with a complimentary one. Customer service skills were non existent. The pizza lacked sauce and the veggies i paid extra for. Worst experience ever and will never go back to this location.
