I called to place an order, when I arrived they said that my order did not appear, I placed the order there, they charged me and I waited almost an hour and I asked and they told me that the order was being made when I told them to return the money, they realized that the order was not even available online to do it, very bad service.

Am a huge fan of the thin crust at pizza hut due to nostalgic reason. But, the marinara is love:) I would add however that your breadstick needs a little for garlic butter or seasoning. It was lacking that

I think this little take out location needs some major sprucing up. The outside looks old and worn with dirty windows and trash blowing all over the parking lot. Not a good image and makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is. Cleanliness is critical for a food establishment and should be done by the renters and owners.

On the website I ordered a large pepperoni lovers pizza, with all the ingredients and they didn't even put the pepperoni on it, and the order wasn't complete, I only received the pizza with cheese and flour and they di ndn't bring me the garlic bread either. and they ask for a large amount of tip. The first call I made, they responded very badly because I asked for help in Spanish.

I came in to pick up a DoorDash order and a woman with a lazy eye without prompting started telling me homophobic things about how god dosent like women kissing women. Management should fire her. Made me extremely uncomfortable. Edit: she also called me a homophobic slur.

Every time I order from this pizza it’s I never have to wait long for them to deliver my food the food stays hot the food looks better then the commercial!!!!!

Literally gave me a soggy pizza. I had to drive all the way back to the location for them to tell me the cheese made it so soggy and greasy. Yet was told I’d be compensated with store credit, to receive nothing. Store manager says oh just don’t let it sit for too long because it will become more soggy! I’ve never heard a thing in my 36 f’n years! Then when I called and asked for customer service number, the employee said “I just work here”! I asked for the manager and he just put me on hold and never came back to the phone! Poor customer service and a poor excuse of a worker. Shows how yall really feel about paying customers. So sickening. Won’t be visiting this location EVER AGAIN!!
