I ordered one pizza using my rewards and didn’t realize until I get home (the pizza was sealed) that all of the toppings were like slid to one side as if somebody had tilted it when the cheese was still melting so basically one side had a bunch of toppings and cheese, while the other side had nothing. Also, I ordered a regular hand tossed crust, but the bottom of the pizza was like paper thin as if it wasn’t cooked properly.

Tried to use the 2good2go app, where $5 supposedly gets you $15 worth of pizza hut food. Paid my 5, but got zero. Poor manager on duty had no idea what was going on, and it was clear the management gave her no guidance. She called the manager, but instead of telling her how to make it right with us (another gentlemen also walked away empty handed) she told her to tell us to contact the app. Very disappointed in how they train their employees and how they treat their customers. Edit- 2G2G let me cancel the order so I was not actually charged the $5. Still it was pretty disappointing.

Pizza was good and hot. The crust seemed to me that it had not proofed long enough. It was hand tossed but cooked like a thin crust. But the pizza tasted great.

Sorry but I will never order from this location again,,I placed an family order for delivery at 1100am, but to be delivered at 1:00pm, so i ordered way ahead of time, and still didn't receive the food until 1:40pm,,mind you the family meal was for 10 house keepers that only had 30 minutes to eat on there lunch break,,,BAD SERVICE,,, PIZZA WAS COLD AND HARD,,,NEVER AGAIN

They are not worth a golden star. Stay away from this place. Pizza is disgusting. I had to feed my family of 7 this garbage. I tried to return it and get a better serving of this but they told me no. Jasmine (the female that worked there) had no compassion and didn’t care what I feed my family. You will waste your money if you eat here..side note: I asked for extra pizza sauce?? No sauce at all… Soldiers pls stay away from here. I called corporate and female there said someone would get back to me… 3 days later nada!!! I refuse to spend my money on another slice of Pizza Hut pizza…

Found a bug in my food and all I was told was that never happened to us before. Why would I add a bug to my food? You sound stupid. Couldn’t even get a refund. The lady who attended me wasn’t being useful get better staff.

The only reason I am giving this Pizza Hut 2 stars is because the manager was polite and refunded my money. I found two hairs in my pizza. One burnt bc it was cooked in the pizza and the other was tucked under the pizza.

In my food journalism career, this location by far the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered.
I patiently waited over 40 minutes as at least 10 other people received their food before for my online order and was told that I had to wait longer because 2 of my pizzas were dropped on the floor and needed to be redone. At least be upfront about making mistakes and resolve accordingly.
The "management" didn't offer to compensate me anything for the wait, just a half-baked apology. The staff were playing around in the back and giggling like school children.
Thus, I look forward to eating at Papa John's where my dollars and patronage are respected! For the "management", hire people who actually have work ethic and integrity!

I didn't enjoy the pizza made as the cheese and dough were undercooked. I had a ok experience service wise last time but the pizza made up for it. This time was very bad pizza so won't be going back to that location.
