In my food journalism career, this location by far the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered.
I patiently waited over 40 minutes as at least 10 other people received their food before for my online order and was told that I had to wait longer because 2 of my pizzas were dropped on the floor and needed to be redone. At least be upfront about making mistakes and resolve accordingly.
The "management" didn't offer to compensate me anything for the wait, just a half-baked apology. The staff were playing around in the back and giggling like school children.
Thus, I look forward to eating at Papa John's where my dollars and patronage are respected! For the "management", hire people who actually have work ethic and integrity!

BEWAREEEE!!! I ordered online for in store pickup and when I went to pickup I wasn’t given a receipt even after asking for one.. fast forward a few days later I get an email from my bank confirming I left a 40% TIP !!!!! ALWAYS DEMMAND A RECIEPT OR ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOU BANK STATEMENT!!!

I didn't enjoy the pizza made as the cheese and dough were undercooked. I had a ok experience service wise last time but the pizza made up for it. This time was very bad pizza so won't be going back to that location.

This isn't Pizza Hut. Ordered a medium pizza pick up with 3 toppings for $23. When I got home the pizza was way undercooked and all the toppings just fall right off. There was more outer crust than any cheese or toppings. Sad. Also in a crappy strip mall. Pizza Hut should close this place down.

Pizza Hut quality ain't the same as the early 90's
This is a terrible store to order from. I ordered on Monday the 4th and received a raw pizza and was given traditional wings instead of boneless wings. I called the store to see if I could have it remade or a refund and this dude hung up on me multiple times I called 3 times and I had to go up there just to get my refund and this short creepy dude with glasses who I am guessing is the manager took forever to do my refund. Do not order from here at all unless you want a raw pizza

Called the store to make an edit and received ZERO support while also being dismissed. The representative had no idea where the pizza was but refused to address it because it was "ordered through a third party".

Ordered a pizza through the website and it was missing ingredients. I called the store immediately to notify them and I was promised a credit. I called today and kept getting redirected and when I got the hybla valley location I was hung up on by the staff (twice). Disappointing.
