I placed an order for a pizza and wings And it turns out that the pizza has nothing to do with what I ordered and even less the wings and it took about 1 hour and a half to arrive and I called to complain 2 calls and I even repeated the order and it turns out that in the complaint call I get that one had called another part Too bad the service really doesn't solve anything

Honestly, When I lived in Reston, that pizza hut was better before they closed. This location has lazy workers, it’s disgusting and not clean. It’s like once it’s even 5-6 hours BEFORE closing they get so lazy and don’t make the food correctly. Please close this location or let some new management make MAJOR changes… this ain’t it

Oh. My. God. I honestly don’t know where to start with this, from the disgusting food I got as a sorry excuse for a “tavern pizza” to the most UNDER seasoned and little dipping sauce for wings. All for $50 absolutely insane. Just walking in, you get hit with a distinctive stench and not only that but a visible vapor of a certain “substance” I dare not go into more detail. I just wanted to go in and get a Tavern Style Pizza, just like I would have back home in Chicago. Not only was I disappointed, I was appalled. The pizza was not only cut INCORRECTLY, but it was OVERCOOKED, DRY, and had the WRONG toppings. I would never come back here, and never recommend anyone to eat at this “hole-in-the-wall” sorry excuse of a Pizza Hut. Eat at somewhere that is quality like Rosati’s or Piazanos before coming to this disgusting restaurant.

I decided to give Pizza Hut a chance despite their bad reviews, and I really wish I hadn't. I ordered a takeout pizza, and when I got home, I found that it was completely undercooked. The dough was raw in the middle, and the cheese wasn't even melted properly. It was like they just didn't care about making a decent pizza. I never called the store because, honestly, what's the point? I should have trusted the reviews and avoided this place altogether. Definitely won't be making that mistake again.

I ordered carry out using the pizzahut app and it selected this location for me so I ordered without looking at the reviews first. My food was made perfectly for the most part and everything was as good as Pizza Hut normally is. The only issue I had was it looked like they skimped us on Alfredo and there wasn’t as much as usual in the foil but besides that our food was great.

The reviews are true the pizza is undercooked and the taste is off. Also they don’t even toss the wings in the sauce just drizzle it. And the breadsticks are cold and hard, they just sprinkle garlic powder on them no butter or nothing
Didn't get what I ordered, what I did get was undercooked, and not as ordered, management was unconcerned, took untouched food to the pig at the barn today since no one in the house would eat it.

Evening manager is really rude and using her phone the whole time, you should hire people who works at work place and not use phone while dealing with customers and food,the pizza was undercooked also the marinara sauce that comes with breadsticks is very liquidy looks like they add water to it

Second time ordering from this location. The first time it was delivered on base. The pizza was gross and very soggy. The second time (yesterday) we carried out and it was the same thing all over again. The pizza was too light to be done. It was doughy and chewy. Just as disgusting experience. Never again. I prefer the location much further down on Richmond hwy.
