Cold pizza after a 20 minute wait....toppings getting skimpy too. Pretty incredible how bad it was...I probably should not have ate it, but I was hungry already and the excessive wait didn't help! Pizza was cold because it was one they had made for a customer that balked and then repurposed for me (they thought they were slick I guess). Anyway, I will avoid in the future. &Pizza isn't as good as they used to be.

Stopped by to order some pizzas on a Saturday. The man and woman were rude when we asked to add toppings. Customer service isn't for everyone. I would advise having a better attitude when taking orders and serving customers. We had no issues with the food itself.

5-Star Vibes at &pizza Kingstowne!
I popped into the &pizza at 5926 Kingstowne Center in Alexandria, VA, last weekend, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The atmosphere is vibrant yet laid-back, with that signature &pizza flair—think modern, artsy, and just the right amount of cool. The staff was super welcoming and efficient, guiding me through the build-your-own process with smiles and speed.
I went for a jalapeño pineapple pizza, and let me tell you, it was a flavor explosion! The crust was the perfect trifecta: soft, slightly crispy on the edges, and wonderfully chewy in all the right places. Paired with the sweet-tangy pineapple and the spicy kick of jalapeño, every bite was pure magic. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, like they’d just been plucked from a garden, and the balance of flavors was spot-on.
My friend tried their Elote pizza and was equally blown away by the creamy, spicy, cotija-loaded goodness. The commitment to quality shines through—fresh ingredients, sustainable practices, and a team that’s clearly passionate about what they do. Prices are reasonable, portions are hearty, and they’ve got solid vegan options too. Whether you’re a Kingstowne local or just passing through, &pizza is a must-visit for a pizza experience that’s as fun as it is delicious. I’m already craving another jalapeño pineapple masterpiece! 10/10, can’t wait to return! 🍕

This place deserves 5 stars, but only if they improve their staff. The service is lacking, especially for online orders.

I feel for the employees. But every time i place an online order. i end up waiting 20 even 30 minutes in the store past the expected delivery time. It should not take close to an hour to make a single pizza. Ridiculous!

I kinda like the gluten-free pizza to be honest if you’re reading this, but I’m sorry that I’m not vegan but I just wanted to try the vegan chicken. I wanna see what’s the different of eating the real chicken and eating a plant based chicken I just don’t wanna to critical if you’re a vegan but still like &pizza I haven’t tried it for 4 years cause I didn’t own a car before

When I came to the counter the employee, behind the counter, didn't greet me, or even look up from the tomatoes he was working on. I told him I wanted to order and he glared at me. When he finally got done with the tomatoes, he took my order. I mentioned the incident to the manager on duty and she offered no apology, nor did she mention that she would talk with her rude assistant. Maybe the employees, at this location, should take a customer service class?
