I like how you can customize the pizzas here. Easy to order. The kiosk asked for my number but said my account was available which is wrong. Not sure why. Order didn’t take long, delicious topping options

I ordered two identical pizzas online for pick up. Both orders were wrong. It had basil pesto sauce instead of the classic tomato I ordered. I don't know how you mix up the two unless maybe you're color-blind or you really just don't care. They were not busy at all either. When I tried to call to get a refund or an order redo, all I got was an automated message system that offered to send me a survey to fill out. Not helpful. If you order online, make sure you double check your order before leaving the store.

I placed a pizza order through the &pizza website. I’ve been waiting now 30 minutes past the time they said the order would arrive and I still don’t have a pizza. I called the restaurant and you cannot talk to a human being. A patronizing computer says that they cannot process a refund for you and they will send you a text where you can give feedback to management and ask for a refund. But there is no place on that website where you can ask for a refund. Absolute worst customer service of any business I have experienced recently.

Recently ordered online. Half the food was missing and the other half that actually came was entirely incorrect. It also arrived ice cold. Annoyed because I wasted rewards on this. Literally will go to any other &pizza other than this one from now on.

Tried to order the bundle but was only given the pizza and knots. Disappointing order. Probably won't bother with food here again.

I received a message that my order was canceled and to call the store to figure out why. It was just a single pizza order with a cookie, placed at around 6:45. Very odd to then receive a store cancellation 30min later, and I tipped so that wasn’t the issue. I used my rewards points, and I suspect it will be annoying to get them replaced, so I wanted to know why it was canceled.

When you press the options for customer service or to check the store hours, you receive an automated message that tells you to go check the app or website. I checked my app and there was still no explanation for the canceled order, it said to call the store. I tried calling again and pressed the final option to talk to someone, and it’s an automated message prompting you to leave a voicemail.

Very annoying &pizza! The customer experience has been frustrating at multiple locations, very hit or miss whether you will get your food!

I’m sorry I’m late, went in Tuesday around 3:30 ,his name was Vernon and he was very helpful, he was funny, happy, and catered to my kids, total package . He made my pizza, cut it, and rung us up, had us laughing the whole time. Thanks Vernon we will be back. Make him the manager?

&pizza is always the spot for your go to personal box pizzas. Solid options are a must have. But they since started charging for additional cheese. All in all I've never had a bad pizza from them. Always good and lasts a day or two depending on how hungry I am!
