&pizza posted a one star review on their instagram the other day. Do they read all the reviews?? Well hi, I'm a fan. I'm inspired to write a review for this location. Kingstowne &pizza isn't even the closest location to my home. I do live closer to a different location. And they're fine. But the Kingstowne location is clutch. They always make the best pizzas. They put the sauce like all the way up to the edge so you don't get a pie full of crust (which soooometimes happens...) They are masters of the craft at this location and sometimes I consider driving the extra way to come to this one.

Went this past Sunday with the family and the ladies at the counter were super helpful in helping my daughter choose toppings for her pizza.. they have plenty of options so it can get a bit overwhelming for the little ones, but they were very patient. Will definitely be coming back for more pizza!!

I have been pretty impressed with my pizza every time I've gotten it here. The ingredients seem to be fresh and the pizza is cooked well. The service left something to be desired but it wasn't terrible and the food isn't too pricy, so I'll keep coming back.

Worst ever service I have experienced hereI’m a long time customer of &pizza because of there taste butThey have worst customer service at specially in Kingstown &pizza branchI’m regretting to stop by here todayI ordered 2 pizza first of all behavior of staff was so inappropriate and rude and unwelcoming after than I asked by myself where to order they themselves told me to directly order to the place where one guy was asking about all topping later one lady came in so intimidating manner and with high pitch asked me about did I paid or not I said of course and when I asked for seasoning they charged for seasoning too. I’ll never order or come back here big no I never expected anything like this.

I’ve been to this &pizza many times and have never had a problem until yesterday. Terrible customer service. I didn’t catch his name but the older white male in his 40s/50s, grey hair, with steel frame glasses was being super rude and impatient.I ordered a pizza for pick up and when I arrived for my “ready for pickup” time I tell him my name and show my order number, like I normally do. He says “that doesn’t do anything for me I need a 3-digit pin.” Ok, I’m trying to look it up and I show him my receipt from my email, my receipt from the app and the text messages from the 20003 number and I can’t find it. He says “I don’t know what to tell you I need a 3-digit pin, it should be there” then just walks away not even trying to be helpful at all.Every time I’ve order pick up I just go to the counter and give them my name and show my receipt from my phone and that’s it, no problem. He doesn’t even explain anything to me he just keeps saying condescendingly “3-digit pin, I need a 3-digit pin, you have it and I need to see it.”How are you going to hold my food hostage when I clearly have showed you proof of purchase? Not once, not twice, but three times that I have an order. It was like he didn’t believe me and thought I was going to steal another customers order. And he didn’t say that the 3-digit pin would come at the end of the process, which would have been a helpful explanation. He did not mention whether my food was done or not either.After 10 minutes of going back and forth with him I then get a text message from 20003 with my 3-digit pin and he finally hands over my order.He was arguing with me about something I clearly haven’t received yet and wasn’t being helpful or patient enough to explain to me that the pickup process is now different.He was very rude and unprofessional, he should not work in customer service if he lacks the patience and empathy to deal with people.

Once we saw that they had plant-based meat options we had to try it. Vegans, they also have vegan cheese FYI. Pros: it is fresh, made under 5 minutes, you can customize the way you like it, and it feels light. Employees are nice and helpful. On the other hand, if you evaluate it like a pizza, well, it doesn't have the same cheesy, hearty pizza mouthfeel. If you are craving some carbs, I think this is a great place. If I ever go again, I would have to get extra cheese ($1.25) and whatever toppings allowed just to simulate a good old pizza. As a flatbread, not bad.
