What a pleasant surprise! Took a stroll to get a late breakfast while getting our car worked on nearby and just decided to pop in. At 10:30 am, even though they had a breakfast menu, my husband decided he wanted lasagna, so I thought what the heck, I'll get a lunch/dinner item too. What a treat! We had their bruschetta to start (WOW!) I had the Chicken Milanese and we finished off our food adventure with a yummy gelato! Food was amazing and the service from Isabel was top notch too. Isabel is very sweet and personable and has worked there for four years. That's a tribute to the restaurant and management for sure! Huge portions and very reasonable prices. I wish we lived closer, or we'd be regulars for sure! Keep up the great work Pizzaiolos! PS: thk u for being environmentally friendly with your carryout packaging 🫶

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my visit this past weekend. I usually enjoy stopping by for lunch during the week, and the service is consistently great.
However, when I visited this weekend, I waited over 10 minutes for service. During my wait, another group came in and was served immediately. I ultimately had to leave without being served.
I was looking forward to having some pizza, but my experience this weekend has made me hesitant to return on weekends.

They didn't even start the order by the time I arrived, making ordering ahead useless. So that was a 15-20 minute wait when I should have been able to pick it up.
Then when I got to my car, I noticed my Eggplant Parmesan Sub was missing. Going back in, they had to make that. The packaging didn't close well.
When I got home, I discovered that my Eggplant Parmesan Sub was actually a Chicken Parm sub.
Not a word of apology from anyone there. Not even the least concern about how bad this customer experience was.
Oh, and the only reason I went to pick it up is that Cafe Pizzaolo is too cheap to join Dashpass like every other restaurant, and it would have been another $12 for delivery.

We went to get a pizza for lunch, and ended up getting a Blood Mary 😁 the place was busy, the service was good and the Margherita Pizza had a lot of tomatoes, very yummy!

I really want to like this restaurant. It is in a convenient location. But the food is overpriced and the service has never been attentive - for years! Hopefully management will address and they can make improvements.

They were kind friendly and attentive (loudly) to the party that came in after me. Manager could’ve cared less. “Sorry about that.”
We’ve ordered take-out on several occasions. The pizzas are done right. Calzones are packed. And, the Baked Penne with Sausage and Roasted Vegetables was a surprise delight!

I have always loved this place but tonight was such a disappointment. Went to bar got some wine and a soda water and ordered to go which I have done before.
When I got home my food experience wasn't great. My Greek salad was mostly arugula which I didn't expect in a Greek salad hardly any iceburg? I got eggplant parmagaine, which was ok, not a lot of flavor. The garlic bread wasn't great either, which I paid for an extra order.
When I went to pay the bill, they charged for a soda water almost 3 dollars, which was explained by the owner for the gas. In the interim, while waiting for my to go gentleman came in and got a beer. He asked for a couple to go container for his travel food explaining he was going on a road trip. Didn't get any food at all? Server handed them over and said he understood and didn't seemed he charged him. So for me it felt they only gauge certain customers with a charge when it's convenient. Won't be back.
