I ordered a 4 piece combo with 2 red beans and rice and a classic wrap with mash and gravy and the wrap was good but with 4 piece combo and the chicken was old not fresh at all absolutely horrible. This was today. When you order in the store. The chicken taste great but when the food is being delivered the chicken don't taste the same, it's like a different batch old looking like it been sitting for a while.

Most disappointing popeyes branch. For starters I had to wait 35 minutes to get my food. I ordered 6 pc boneless wings and they gave me 10 pc wings with bones which half the meat was red. The mac and cheese, the cheese didn’t even melt. Didn’t get the order of fries at all. The first guy didn’t want to take my order so he transferred me to the girl. The staff dont even listen to your order well. The receipt even said ghost pepper wings. And the indoor smelled odd. Very disappointed.

So I actually placed an order on the app to be picked up at 6:45 the other day. I arrived to a complete chaotic scene. Drive-through line backed up, People inside, clearly upset. On top of everything apparently the ice machine was broke, and the soda in the machine was not coming out cold. I waited a good 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged, on top of the whole chaotic scene, the employees were literally screaming at each other in Spanish, I mean, screaming at each other. The two female managers were screaming at everybody, including the cooks in the back particularly over french fries and the people in the back were screaming at the people in the front. It was crazy. I waited until 20 after seven to get my food and then my order wasn’t right. The female manager ripped the receipt off my bag telling me that I was wrong, she then realized she was wrong so she got my missing item literally through the receipt. I’m not sure whether it was at me or at the bag. I will never go to this location again. Then on top of everything when I was checking my order I apparently left my chicken sandwich sitting on the bag when the whole thing with her started her telling me I was wrong. I have never experienced the situation like that at a fast food restaurant in my whole life

Disgusting. Chicken has no flavor. Worst Popeyes in the area. Go to the one on Mt. Vernon, you'll be pleasantly surprised. I parked and went into the restaurant thinking that I would be served quicker, boy was I wrong. There were six people in line and they didn't even acknowledge us. The drive thru and online orders had all the attention. The chicken had a funky smell when you bit into it. I don't know if this location is franchised or not, but it definitely felt like a bunch of people who have no idea what they're doing decided to get in the chicken business. I threw it all in the garbage bc I didn't have time to take it back.

This place always forgets things and is super slow. 3 out of the 3 times I went through the drive through they have made me wait for the most basic of items way longer than I should. Talking like 15 minutes when they said it’ll be 3.

Unfortunately my sister and I placed online orders for a buy one, get one free wing combo, and a 2 piece chicken combo, along with 2 apple pies and drinks. When I arrived to pick up my order, we did not get what we ordered. I ordered a 2 piece dark meat combo, and got 2 chicken breast instead, and we got the strawberry pies instead of the apple pies, and I ordered a classic blueberry lemonade, but got frozen lemonade instead. I should have checked my order before pulling off from the drive-thru, but imagine my disappointment when I drive all the way home to not only unveil a completely incorrect order, but the food was also cold and not tasty. If you didn’t have what we asked for available, you should have told me that instead of just giving me what you had. The team at the drive-thru also seemed discombobulated. Overall, disappointing.

I ordered catering at a last minute and Flory took care of my order right away. She was very friendly and made sure that the order was done as soon as possible.

I appreciate the stand-alone location, and the fresh interior is pleasant. The charm of the original location is somehow lost, but the food is still delicious as always with that Cajun kick that makes Popeyes famous.
