Lunch rush was smooth and great, food was excellent quality for a Popeyes. Fabrizio was an amazing front attendant when I was at this location on my lunch break and preformed well under pressure. However Valerie, who I assume is in a management role, was constantly berating the other employees. As a former Domino’s and Starbucks employee I know a manager who doesn’t preform well under pressure when I see one. The unfortunate effect of this is that the front of house environment has an anxious atmosphere.

Incompetence and ignorance.. Walked in after ordering uber eats for pick up to a lady screaming at a uber eats driver about needing to "confirm you received your order" (they didn't need to..) . After stating I had an order of wings to go, they claimed they didn't have my order. I waited and still no order. I showed my phone which clearly shows I paid and why they don't have mu food ready IS ON THEM. Did you even bother to check your back log maybe? I clearly paid and all the lady told me to do was cancel the order. If I canceled then I would have still been charged and was screwed either way. DONT EAT HERE!! FIRE THAT DAY MANAGER!!! All she clearly does is yell at people and clearly doesn't know the technology.

They usually are pretty quick with getting their food out, and they've been very nice when I go. It's near my house and they always have coupons available. I don't like going inside the establishment, but that's the only down side.
$20 for five chicken tenders!!! In Hawaii the platter with two sides and a drink was only $14. I don't know what I was charged for.They were confused at the window if my order was my order. Which is probably why they didn't give me a receipt.

Today I went to Popeyes @1:25 and a African American female, took my order although my receipt said my host was Henry but it was a female. To start with, I tried ordering through the drive thru and I couldn’t understand her, therefore I then went to the window and told her my order there, then she kept interrupting me with a rude attitude saying “wait”. After when my order was given to me I told her I did not recieve one of my items which was a large rice and beans. And she madly said “oh to late I didn’t charge you for it”, I then offered to pay and she started being really rude as if it annoyed her even though I would pay for it!…and last I ordered new bbq wings and I received this and does not look apetizing with barely any bbq sauce. im am very disappointed in this service and this I my first bad review on any restaurant and sucks it’s Popeyes which I love. :(

What's the point of having a manager at the register? She asked what we would to order and just walked away. Not let me check and see how long it would be for the order. Just walked away while others came and asked were we being. I politely told them I think I am. While everyone in the back was laughing and having a good time. And then they want to know why people give the reviews that we do.
I was lured in by the new TV ads for the spicey chicken wings and was greatly disappointed. Each wing was barely the size of a child's pinky finger and mostly coated in over seasoned batter.. The new sized large red beans and rice is now barely one cup in volume. I declined the drink and opted for the dinner.. all for the whopping price of $17. I rarely each fast food and this was an unacceptable waste of money.

I đi online drive thru order. When I got there nobody answer, I drove to 1st window, I made me make another round trip to the box. I can’t get my order until I talk tell them thru the order box. And you can not have sauce ( like sweet heat unless you pay extra for it…)
