Food and music was good but terrible waitressing kills the whole experience. The waitress never came to check on us and took forever to bring us our orders. Then she charged extra alcohol that we didn’t even drink. Management threatened to call the police on us. It was a horrible horrible time.

It was a really bad experience in this place, bad customer service that I had. People zero professional. They did not want to give me a glass of water when I asked for it. I showed my discomfort and the strong, short hair guy brought me the bill even when I didn’t ask for it. Please don’t come anytime here. Charging the tip, when they knew it was a bad customer service. They force you to do everything they want.

If I could I would give 0 stars, it was my first time in portals and I hoped they would receive me better. They only cared about charging me the cover and they didn't even tell me where I could sit and when I asked they sat me at a table, and I asked for a drink and also a glass of water which they denied me and forced me to buy a bottle. The guy doesn't depend on the service is up to them.

The security that is always there took my husband out for wearing a sports suit and it was the worst, I never thought I would find a place like that in the United States. That they saw it off or that they put up big signs like dressing is a terrible place...I was a loyal customer and brought more recommended people but I will never recommend a place like this again.

Great stop to dance a little. Beers are not crazy expensive. I got pique macho which I'm not usually a fan of but their steak is amazingly soft and tender. I definitely recommend that. The dance floor gets tight but usually everywhere else is the same. Service was ok just not as attentive as I'd expect.
