It was a really bad experience in this place, bad customer service that I had. People zero professional. They did not want to give me a glass of water when I asked for it. I showed my discomfort and the strong, short hair guy brought me the bill even when I didn’t ask for it. Please don’t come anytime here. Charging the tip, when they knew it was a bad customer service. They force you to do everything they want.

If I could I would give 0 stars, it was my first time in portals and I hoped they would receive me better. They only cared about charging me the cover and they didn't even tell me where I could sit and when I asked they sat me at a table, and I asked for a drink and also a glass of water which they denied me and forced me to buy a bottle. The guy doesn't depend on the service is up to them.

The security that is always there took my husband out for wearing a sports suit and it was the worst, I never thought I would find a place like that in the United States. That they saw it off or that they put up big signs like dressing is a terrible place...I was a loyal customer and brought more recommended people but I will never recommend a place like this again.

Great stop to dance a little. Beers are not crazy expensive. I got pique macho which I'm not usually a fan of but their steak is amazingly soft and tender. I definitely recommend that. The dance floor gets tight but usually everywhere else is the same. Service was ok just not as attentive as I'd expect.

Paid 74 dollars for the new years event, food was bland no flavor, steak was well done and reheated, drinks were awful worst piña colada I’ve ever had. Even the the ginger ale tasted off. Final straw they have the audacity to charge a $10 food service charge and a $10 drink service charge. On top of the 74 already paid. I really just paid almost 100 dollars for bland steak flavorless rice and mid potatoes

Have been here many times for dinner and other times for birthday dinners. The staff are wonderful, extremely professional and courteous. They go out of their way to make dinner a great experience for their customers. The food is the best! Everything! The only place that can compare is their sister restaurant Girabaldi's over on Rt 2.
Parking: Parking is right out front.
Kid-friendliness: The place is definitely kid friendly with very good kid selections on the menu.
