“At first, I had an issue with my Take Out order, however, after communicating this with the restaurant, they went above and beyond to address my concerns and needs, and they DELIVERED!! Special shout out to Delonte for making sure we were completely satisfied and taken care of!! We will definitely be back!!“

“When I arrived everyone was very welcoming. I felt like they've been waiting for me all my life. ? I glanced over at the kitchen and the cooks were just deep into their mastery of seasoning. Some young lady named Cindy S. came from the back and gracefully glided across the room and asked how could she help me. Cindy gave me a run through of the menu and within a minute I knew what I wanted and it wasn't on the menu as I looked deep into her eyes. Than 10 seconds after, I knew exactly what I wanted for lunch, so I ordered. ? I must say the food was delicious and Cindy was honestly a southern hospitality. I plan to come back soon.“

“Excellent service! Janelle was very warm and inviting. She checked in on us to make sure we enjoyed our food and service, and made wonderful conversation with us and our five-month old. This kind of customer service, particularly in a fast casual restaurant, has been hard to come by in DC since the start of the pandemic. Nandos and Janelle should keep this up.“
