We ordered 3 hamburgers and onion rings for takeout. The onion rings were very good. The hamburgers were a large serving of meat but overcooked with no seasoning. Tomatoes were tiny and inappropriate for such a large burger. We asked added onions and got a few pieces. The Bill was almost $57! We love Promo's but cost is driving us away. Plus the hamburgers were not good as explained.

Sloppy food, Not too appetizing only good thing was the fries I guess. The pizza was not cut correctly and when you pick up the pizza the cheese would just slide off.

The food itself was okay. My complaint is about the amount of food. I paid $20 for a small wrap (with 4 pieces of chicken) with mostly lettuce, and not a lot of fries (approx. a mcdonalds small). It didnt taste terrible, but could I get the same meal for half the price elsewhere? Absolutely. Overall, taste was good but overpriced for the amount that's given.

Literally the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Food was awful and the staff was rude.

This review is based on the large group side of the restaurant, which smells horrifically like old, moldy cheese socks. We were served pasta in a bowl filled with grease, pizza covered in the cheapest-tasting cheese, day-old chicken nuggets, and stale cookies. If you like hot, smelly places, then this restaurant is for you!

Worse than chicken McNuggets and the spaghetti is just store bought sauce and plain noodles. The server yelled at someone at our table because she was sitting 3 to a cushion, even though the server was the one who sat us like that.

Their pizza just isn’t pizza. Too much dough. Sloppily overloaded toppings. Lots of flop in the crust, and mountains of ultra processed cheese. Not to mention $69 for two large pies….its disappointing more than anything. I went there looking for a quality local pizza for the family and was seriously let down.

I stopped by after work craving a meatball sub for dinner. I ordered a meatball and cheese sub, and allowed them to upcharge me for the fries. This ended up coming to almost $20....a bit pricy for a meatball sub but I was willing to do it. I wish I hadn't. The hoagie roll it came on looked like it came out of a bag from a grocery store. And the "meatballs" were just that...balls of ground meat rolled into a ball. They certainly weren't a meatball in the Italian sense of the word, because they lacked any seasoning whatsoever. Seriously...I don't even think they had added salt or pepper. The blandness of the meat ball overpowered what little cheese and sauce had been added to this sorry excuse for a meatball sub. The fries actually weren't bad, hence two stars here instead of one. So...$20 for balls of unseasoned ground meat, a couple dabs of Prego, and a Pepperidge Farm hoagie roll. Yeah....no. I'm a local, and I've stopped by here a few times before. Although the food wasn't spectacular, it certainly wasn't bad....the kind of place where you knew what the deal was. But if we've reached a point here where they can't throw together a halfway decent meatball sub, and then want to charge you almost $20 for it, I think I'm going to go ahead and cross this off the list permanently. Costs of doing business are going up, I get it, but at least care enough to make it taste good. Surely there is some salt and pepper back there somewhere...

Talk about a downgrade.Their chicken tenders were replaced with chicken McNuggets (and no that was not a typo. It literally tasted like that). And the waiter ignored me when I tried getting his attention about it.Never coming here again.
