Pretty good pupusas!

Food was delicious! Cooked to order, fresh, hot, flavorful, and timely.
Service was excellent. Ada was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful with food choices. 😋

The pupusas were gross they did not taste like pupusas. They were burnt and bitter and instead of the filling being mixed they put cheese on ome side and chicharron on the other. The yucca with Chicharron was so hard I almost broke my tooth! Waste of money.

Disappointed with the food price on 1 side of steak. I ordered 1 side of xtra carne asada and they charged me $12 just for the steak (No rice and salad) I felt this is a ripoff

Saw a mouse scurry across the floor and go under a door adjacent to the register. They didn't understand what I was telling them, or just pretending to not understand what I was telling them. The manager shook her head no like she didn't believe me. The fact that she made me out to be a liar is what made me leave this review. If she had acknowledged it and said they would try and take care of the mice, I would not be leaving this review.

BEFORE THEY MADE THE FOOD VERY GOOD. I LOVED IT BUT TODAY IT'S NO LONGER USEFUL THEY SHOULD CHANGE THE COOK. THE PUPUSAS LEAVE THEM RAW AND A LOT OF DOUGH LEAVES THE PUPUSAS. THEY LOOK LIKE TORTILLES. AND THE WAITS WAITS POKOS FRIENDLY PLUS A FAT SHORT BUTTHOTS droopy K WALKS THERE K AS A SUPER BAD ONE IS GOING TO ASK HER!!

We been to Pupuseria azucena since they opened and were very pleased with their food but lately their food is HORRIBLE specially the pupusas and their SALSA sour as hell. Tell me if you would be feeding this burnt pupusas and sour salsa to your children? I bet if the owner goes to a different restaurant and buys pupusas he/she wouldn’t want to be served burnt ones! What a shame and disrespectful to be serving this food like this my family even had baptism gathering here at the Alexandria location because like I said it used to be good food. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. As a PROUD SALVADOREAN you don’t represent me at all.

Food is decent but they always take too long and 75% of the time you’ll have missing items of your order

That Pupusa of Ayote .. was the best . Was my first time eating it.. and I loved itYou have to go there... Also the chicken one .. wooow... I loved
