Why am I just deciding to order from you. Every time I pass by you all, I keep telling my wife about you all. This week, I got real sick and was bedridden. I lost my appetite and today was the first day I woke up feeling better and was hungry. I went to Uber Eats and after not finding any Thai food, I clicked on Caribbean and you were the first one to pop up.
After trying to decide what to get, I got the Abuelo's Favorite Plate and my wife got the Beef pastelillo and the quava & sweet cream pastelillo.
I took the first bite and gave my wife a look. I said, we were missing out. My wife ate the pastelillo and she was loving it. The price was very fair for the amount of food we received. We will be ordering again.

I know the Benito Bowl was probably the worst time to try this place out. My order was supposed to be ready at 4, got a text message that it was ready, showed up and it was delayed. Didn't end up getting it until about 4:45.
Arroz con jamon, arroz con pollo both insanely delicious. Half my order was missing and I didn't check the bag until I got home (the lobby was PACKED), tried to call and was hung up on, still waiting for a response to my contact us form. The sweet cream pastelillos tasted like they were fried in rancid oil, which was a shame. Pernil was on spot.
I want to try them again on a day that I know they won't be overwhelmed, but I'm hesitant since I ordered $45 in pastelillos that I didn't receive and haven't had any follow-up on. Check your order before leaving!

They were so accommodating especially when I had to change my order from pick up to delivery and on a super busy night. Really appreciated all the effort and everyone loved the food and I felt like the portion size was decent for the price (especially the pastelitos!).

The mofongo balls were not representative of traditional mofongo and lacked the expected pork filling. The sandwich was decent, but its size felt small and could have been prepared way better at home. The empanadas did not meet the expectations of an authentic beef empanada. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for those seeking authentic Puerto Rican cuisine.

As someone who grew up eating PR food in South Florida, I was so happy to finally find a place that nails arroz con gandules. I've ordered both individual plates and catering for arroz con gandules and it was perfect both times. We also loved the peril, arroz con pollo and habichuelas. You also can order pasteles when you cater and the chicken ones literally sent me and my family's eyes back. 10/10. Looking forward to trying the other items on the menu.

It’s a ghost kitchen that serves multiple buisness for take out only. It reminds me of an Amazon hub. Best pernil I’ve ever had.

We did pickup!
This is a ghost kitchen, located behind some establishments, not a restaurant. Very modern system for pickup. Love their food; it’s very authentic Puerto Rican and delicious! Loved their pastelitos de carne, arroz con gandules and carne guisada. Will order again when I am in the neighborhood. You will not be disappointed!

When I looked this place up on Google, the information wasn’t clear. Everything makes it seem like a restaurant where you can walk in, sit down, and eat, but that’s not the case: it’s only a food pickup spot. That was the first surprise when I got there, because I had made the effort to come expecting a different kind of experience.
The food I received was rice with small pieces of sausage, shredded pork, and fried plantains. The portion wasn’t bad, but the taste was quite salty for me. The cost was $22, and at the end of the order there’s also the option to leave a tip—which stood out to me, since there’s no table service involved.
In short, it wasn’t so much a bad experience as a confusing one: I expected one thing and ended up with something completely different. That’s why I think it’s important to note here that this place is not a restaurant, but simply a pickup spot, and that the food, at least in my case, was too salty.
