Food was old. Expensive. Smelled terrible inside. Only 2 diners inside....on a Saturday night in Old Town. Unheard of unless the place is terrible. True story.

Never again.

What a disappointment. I used to come here all the time and while the food was never anything to rave about it was at least a fun place to go to. No more. The new management has driven this place to hell. The only redeeming person is “Guitta. She’s a doll. All the regular employees have quit(miss Tim) and hopefully Guitta will find a better place to work soon. Take my advice, save your money and go to any other bar/restaurant in Old Town. You’ll have better food, quicker service, and a lot better time. This place really sucks now☹️.

Do not come here. I am a long time service industry employee and have never had such a terrible time. The manager Mohammed has no idea how to run a place. He has no plan to control his dining room or his kitchen. We spent two hours waiting on pizza and I didn’t even get mine. Thanks to Guitta at least the kids and my wife and mother in law got fed. The food was mediocre at best and my kids didn’t even want to take theirs home with them. My pizza that was not even brought to the table was still on the check. The manager refused a discount on the check for food we didn’t enjoy. He opted to promise me a 15% discount next time we came. Hahaha. He wouldn’t even put it in writing. Not like we ever plan on going back. I told Guitta that she needs to run fast from that place because that manager is the worst.

This used to be the to go place for my friend and I in Alexandria. For $30 pizzas are slightly larger than personal sized.

I ordered one of the pizzas with prosciutto and no joke they topped it with turkey bacon instead.

BEWARE. The restaurant is under new management. As a local patron here over the years, our experience Saturday night was very different than in the past.

Food: Pizza was good, however some of the food being prepared was not handled properly in the kitchen. It was very concerning.

Service/ Atmosphere: CHAOTIC. They tried to be attentive and polite but the energy of the restaurant was off. The staff lacks training. The pizza came out fairly quick, but everything else was very slow. People around us left and were given wrong orders too.

Cost: Prices increased several dollars on most items.

Sadly, we will not be back.

Really used to enjoy going here for dinner after hanging out in old town. Recently the size of the Detroit pizza has shrunk in half but the price remained the same. When we asked we were told it had been this way... it has not. I've seen other reviews showing the exact same issue we had. We ordered the Packard pepperoni (which I will note also now seems to have significantly less pepperoni on top)

2 of 3 pizzas were too salty, 1 was overcooked. The waitress seemed disinterested in helping us.

Extremely angry and disappointed in my order. I went to dinner her a few months back and spent $30 on a pizza which was ridiculous but it was good and it was a huge portion so I recommended this place to all my friends. Ordered it for delivery tonight and spent $40 expecting something similar but got this disappointment. Damn near the size of a personal pizza for the same amount as before. I won't be recommending this place again.

Rabat was really great. We waited, but I’ll wait for fresh food any day of the week. They even sent over a generous thanks for waiting plate. Good pizza??

This place has potential, unfortunately it's staffed by incompetent individuals so the owner can save money. They don't write your order down so it's a mess, customers wait 20min to order. Food is half assed, keep walking.
