Event coordinator is useless. Manager is even more useless. Don't bother trying to book an event there. It's a complete waste of time. You'd think with the bar industry struggling in this city, they would want new business.

This place is underrated. We had great service and food. The drinks were also good. The tiramisu wasn't great but the pizza soup and knots were very good.

Update 4 years later: RedRocks is still a great go-to! Fully renovated and better than ever.Great atmosphere and great pizza! Most items are cooked in a brick oven and of the 6 or 7 trips I've made here I've never had a bad dish.

Worthless place. Everything from the food, the service, and the bathroom was a joke. Ordered the crispy Brussels sprouts with anchovies on the side. Kitchen guy brought them out, with no anchovies. We finished our drinks and the waitress never came back. Had to go flag her down. Then she said the anchovies are cooked in oil so that's why she didn't bring them. What? We asked for them on the side and you just decided that we don't get them at all?! She basically told us no, if we didn't want them on the Brussels sprouts, we don't get them, are you serious?! Then the Brussels sprouts weren't even cooked all the way. They were still partially raw. Then the kitchen guy brought out entrees. We sat with no drinks and the waitress never came back. Had to go to the bar to ask for refills on the drinks. My salad was called "ROASTED BEET" but was raw beet. This was the absolute worst dining experience I've ever had. Bathroom was out of toilet paper and there were flies flying around. I don't know how this place is still in business, probably people like us trying it out but never coming back. Waste of time and money. Shouldn't be in business.

Terrible experience Went here for lunch the food was alright but the service was crap Greeted rudely at the door The pizza we ordered was basically uncut so we had to cut the slices with table knives Didn't get a spar to serve slices so we just had to grab hot slices off the hot tray Asked 3 times for the check finally had to go up to the bar and ask to pay got more attitude there Never seen someone complain that a customer wanted to pay Finally got my box for my 3/4 of a pizza and they give me a box that could fit maybe two slices in it so I pile it all in and leave cause I had someone where to be and I'm tired of begging for service Won't be back 0/10

Great food, drinks, and service! This restaurant is perfect for Happy Hour, date night, and lunch. The pizza is good and offers a flavorful taste and thin crest. However, the most popular food items are breakfast! Trust me, their breakfast sandwiches are really good. The location is also perfect for seeing the sites of Old Town as well as King St.

NY pizza is hard to replicate but that’s what we wanted and this restaurant has it on the menu. It was a disappointment. The dough was soggy. There was no crunch. We ordered extra pepperoni but to us it looked like a regular pepperoni pizza. Even though it didn’t taste like a NY slice it did warm up well the next day. Ordered an Old Fashioned and the downfall was they use small ice cubes which watered the drink down faster than a large ice cube would, which I’m use to. The ratio of how they crafted the drink wasn’t my favorite as well.

Happy hour is a good value. The Christmas music was skipping, a bit annoying. The pizza is good. It's probably more fun when the restaurant is full. Will be back.

Tim is an enduringly patient server. He elevated an otherwise good, casual dining experience. Hands down the best service we've had in town. Go Jags!
