I have ordered from Thai at Landmark through UberEats at least 6 times. It was my go-to Thai spot. I was shocked at the negative reviews as I have always loved their food. However, my order yesterday led me to understand the comments about food not being fresh. I ordered Chicken Satay, Pad Thai, and Cashew Chicken. The noodles and cashew chicken were good, but the Satay was DISGUSTING. I have ordered it from there before and it was completely different than I remembered. It was rubbery and definitely tasted old, no satay flavor. It tasted SOUR. It was clearly at least a day old, maybe even a few days old. This has made me question the quality and freshness of their food. I will no longer be ordering from this restaurant. It is not worth it to risk food poisoning. Such a shame as I really loved this place.

Thai At Landmark is the former Rice N Spice. They still carry one of the old signage. This has been a family favorite and equally popular among our friends for a long time because they do serve great Thai food. On this late Sunday lunch, we decided to order for pick up the usual. We also just ordered the same fare for dinner from here less than 2 weeks ago. Their Pad Thai I think is much better than most Thai restaurants around. There is also the minced chicken, eggplant and tofu dish which I highly recommend. And of course the Pad Prik (I think) crispy pork belly and vegetables will forever be a must order. But there's a bigger story on why I hope people will support this restaurant. While picking up, my wife noticed that the plush dining area was closed. The lady at the counter who happened to be the owner said that because of Covid and the lack of a willing work force, they haven't opened for dine in for 2 years and she and her husband who was the cook are the only ones running the place and are now limited to pick up and food delivery. I am sure that many restaurants suffer the same fate. Heck! Let's try and support them all. But beyond this sob story, they continue to come up with delicious and palatable Thai food. I think that combo is not only worth 5 stars but also worth coming back for!

So I usually eat from here almost every other day. There is not a week that goes by that I don’t eat from them and I literally get the same thing each time! Yesterday my food didn’t seem as fresh as it usually does and even though I noticed that I still ate it. I have literally been up all night sick! They would usually get 5 stars from me but after last night I will never eat from them again.

Terrible, Terrible,,Terrible The food.quality has gone i.e left the building. The name change of the restaurant is a good example why...no excuses. Save your money when thinking about this place.

I rarely if ever write a review that is negative. Had to this time. Food is great. TAKE NOTE THOUGH: Customer service is everything. If restauranteurs, managers don't realize that, they will lose business. Yes, I love the food, but I will go to the Rice and Spice (which was its old name) at Landsdowne center in Alexandria - a few more miles from here. For 10 years now I've been going to that location. The management changed about 3-5 years ago and ever since then, customer service is a gamble. Sometimes the lady is nice and sometimes she is snippy, demeaning, corrective and pompous. The old management from before treated customers like they were family. the previous manager, their host and wait staff were so hospitable. They didn't do anything special, they just treated us like we were friends. That made us feel special. They had respect for each other. Even though they we're unhappy they didn't keep their tips, they loved their customers - it was a joy to interact with us on the phone and in person. Sadly though, "The lady" makes it seem like we are bothering her. She fails to realize that Thai restaurants around here are numerous! I'm not angry... just highly concerned. Such a great product - can put such a bad taste in peoples' mouth - they won't go back again. And by the way, if they haven't figured it out - "mild" and "little bit spicy" are the same, exact thing! /shakingmyheadindisappointment

Call ahead 20 minutes and still waited 20 minutes for my food. The cashier wasn't polite originally but warmed up after a while. I ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp and calamari.. The Pad Thai wasn't worth writing home about and the calamari was underseasoned. Unfortunately, my sauce for the calamari did not travel well so I didn't get to try that out or attempt to season the calamari. I may try them again, not sure really.

Their food is usually good but was served from plastic and the food tasted just the plastic I couldn’t even eat it. Host the with the bob had an attitude, was very rude. $22 wasted

The food was good but the service was terrible. The lady there seemed not to want to be at work today. No one was at the fro to when I came in I had to yell “hello” several times before she came out. Then she said “what do you want?” Seriously obviously I want to order some food. Nevertheless I placed my order and paid. I wanted to place and order for my husband so called me after I placed my initial order. I again had to yell out to get some help. This time she did not come out. So I called then number, the phone rang for at least 10x before she answered. When I told her it was me who want to place the order she sighed and asked for my phone number. Which was odd because she didn’t ask me for this when I placed my first order. I placed my second order and within 5mins it was ready. I am not sure how long it takes to make drunken noodles with chicken but I told my husband let’s pray before touching this food. It might not be cooked thoroughly. Smh sad because I love Thai food and really wanted to love this place. The food was ok but I will not be coming back.

Nope. Never going back. This is going to be my first and last. First of all, what I ordered were SPRING ROLLS but they gave me egg rolls. Second of all, their Thai iced tea was either spoiled or they mixed in some type of sparkling water in it because it was CARBONATED. It had a really weird taste. Anyway I threw away my tea after 1 sip. My bf going in and out of the bathroom as I’m writing this review (I won’t describe what my bf is doing for everyone’s sakes). I really didn’t wanna write this review as I want to support local businesses but I couldn’t help myself after seeing my bf suffer.

I wish I had written a review sooner, but better late than never. This is our go-to restaurant for Thai food. We have tried other local Thai restaurants, and then we also regret not having ordered Rice & Spice. The only thing I don't like is the location. If you are not familiar with this particular shopping center and intersection, it can be a real pain, but so worth going to for the food! Our favorite dishes include: crispy basil duck (must get), pad thai with shrimp, panang curry, pad see ew, and kapow chicken. I am looking forward to ordering food from them later this week...

The food is good but the lady that runs the front is very nasty and rude.....bottom line. It's an honor for customers to continue to support restaurants during the pandemic......this lady is very nasty on the last 3 times I visited the restaurant. Never again will I return!

Certainly a spot worth visiting, the food is good and fresh, the rates are reasonable and it is regularly neat there. Highly recommended.

$14? Not including tip. Much questionable....salty and small portion it wasn't even good. Should've gone to other restaurant in that shopping mall.
