Super disappointed. Went twice last year and it was SO fun. Then came tonight, paid our $5 each ($10) to put our names down to sing our one song, patiently waited 2 1/2 hours, and never got called. Meanwhile, we saw the same girl go up 4 times. Then when the karaoke DJ started swapping songs around so her friends could sing we knew it was no use so we just left. So sad the new DJ people are so biased and don’t just play the next song on the list. The people who did it last year were much more fair.

Got multiple drink orders wrong. Got a pitcher of beer and we said this is not what we ordered and she said well you already poured it and drank some. (How else am I supposed to know it was the wrong beer) got some other orders wrong didn't care. Also pay for karaoke is crazy.

First, I love Rock It Grill. And now, the list can begin. As a visitor for the first time I knew that Rock It was home. I love karaoke. Upon entering, I was greeted by at least 3 people that worked there. I found out by listening to the other patrons that they do karaoke there. I LOVE KARAOKE. So, as I sipped my drink and ate my wings (which were amazing) I noticed that I had less than an hour until I could be an American Idol, I was ready. There was a DJ there that was also doing a sound check so I knew Rock It Grill was where I needed to be.
Later on I found out that the employees were: Hana, Sherry, and DJ Speck Slim.
I've been a frequent and consistent customer since 2023. Thank you, Rock It Grill.

Door man got in my face after a stranger grabbed my arrears. Paid the $5 @ 10:00 ish; got to sing 1 (ONE) song & after 12:30 was still 4 songs away

Chicken fingers were cooked too long. But the waiter subtracted from the bill. Still will go again. Service and atmosphere were excellent .
Best bar in old town alexandria , drinks are very cheap !

Decent spot if you’re looking for a drink cold beer or to watch the game I see they have karaoke nights five dollars you sing all night me and my wife walked in got a booth probably met by a young lady who offered up two menus and brought us some cold water which was appreciated. It was a hot day in Alexandria. I ordered a burger. My wife ordered the sizzling fajitas. The sizzling fajitas definitely came out sizzling and the burger that I ordered medium well was well done but I’m not gonna complain about that. Definitely was fresh the french fries not so much had some overcooked ones, but I guess I would say they were decent overall, when we walked in, we were listening to Lil Wayne by the time we walked out we were listening to Ariana Grande so the music selection definitely varies. My wife enjoyed the fajitas. I wasn’t a fan of the seasoning, but they were decent the burger I had with cheddar cheese was actually, not bad. Had to ask for a side of mayo to add to the burger seems they were short staffed I get it it’s early afternoon but the streets of old town Alexandria are always busy specially since they were having a tent sale on King Street with multiple vendors and merchandise outside, I figured they would be better prepared for such an occasion it took literally 10 to 15 minutes to get a bill after we were done eating in about 10 minutes for us to get checked out but other thant the food was decent for bar food, but not sure if I will return again
